Immerse yourself in the vibrant heart of Nashville at this central Townhouse. Located a walk away from Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena, and surrounded by the charming neighborhood of Germantown, this exceptional property offers stunning city views from a large, private rooftop terrace. The living space includes three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a well appointed common area. Experience the energy of Music City while making your home in the comfort of the Townhouse.

This Townhouse is perfect for groups who want a relaxing home base that accommodates good times and easy access to the best of Nashville.

While at home, enjoy a drink while looking over the Nashville skyline on a private rooftop terrace. The roof also has couches and a full table to enjoy outdoor meals.

Each of the three bedrooms in the Townhouse features a king or queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and sizable closet. One bedroom doubles as the perfect home office for anyone looking to get some work done.

The fully functional, well equipped kitchen has a large dining room table and the living room offers a warm atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring Nashville.

It also has free, delicious coffee from a local Nashville company!

And besides the roof deck, there are also 3 private balconies to really enjoy the outdoors and warm Nashville weather.

This is a very walkable area, and there are plenty of scooters around if you’re looking to get there faster! For longer trips Ubers / Lyfts are very easy to get here. And if you are bringing your own vehicle, there is street parking in front of the Townhouse for which I can provide a guest-resident parking permit.

Guests will have access to the full Townhouse except the garage. Most of Nashville’s highlights really are walking distance, but if you’re looking for a quicker trip there are usually electric scooters close by, and Ubers are easy to get. There is also street parking and I can provide a guest-residential parking pass.

Excellent - Wonderful Place

Three couples enjoyed this beautiful home with rooftop deck for a long weekend in Nashville. We had a fantastic time and the location was great. We walked to Broadway and many other places easily. We typically would get rides back at night. The host was very responsive and kind providing easy check in and information on Nashville. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nicholas.

This property is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to most areas-parking was very easy at this property as well. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio!

Beautiful!

What a Beautiful home and great location! Just an easy 15 min walk to Broadway! Nicholas made the check in and check out process very easy! He gave us lots of local info and a beautiful home to stay in! The house was very clean and very comfortable! We will definitely be staying there again!

Great location

Very spacious townhouse in a great location. Short walk to downtown and neighboring Germantown. Many great restaurants and bars close by. Townhome is clean and updated. Lots of space. It’s our second time staying there and would go back again. Owner is quick to respond. 5 stars!

Convenient location to downtown. Nice rooms and furnishings. Liked the coffee! Rooftop was nice, but too hot for the summer. Access to the rooftop was a little awkward with the only access from the 2nd floor bedroom. Would stay here again.

True gem!

The property was spectacular. Clean, roomy, and very welcoming. A little further from the main strip than we thought - but it was a $6 Uber ride during the day. Highly recommend. Would likely stay again, if I come back to Nashville!!!

Great Property....Highly Recommend!

We had a great experience staying at this property. It is perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes it so much easier when traveling with a group. It was clean, well taken care of, and provided lots of space for everyone to enjoy time together or alone. The property was also in great condition. We had a rental car and parking wasn't too much of challenge. It's a little ways from Broadway, but we walked a majority of the time. It's a $10 uber ride (XL size) if you would rather do that. It was kind of cold when we were there, but we were able to use the rooftop patio a couple of times. It's an awesome and a great feature if the weather cooperates. Property is also close to restaurants and bars if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or drink. One very good place is literally across the street. There is a grocery store nearby also. Property owner was fantastic to work with. Stayed in contact with us immediately after we made the reservation all the way thru check out. He was very responsive to questions and great to work with. We highly recommend this property for your Nashville stay.

Incredible property with amazing rooftop views. Close to everything there is in the heart of Nashvil

Nathan was a great host. Told him the reason for our trip and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special. Great location close to Broadway and Germantown. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and the property could not have been more perfect!

The location was incredible. We could easily walk to Broadway and the different places we chose to eat. Each of our 3 couples had its own bedroom and bath which was ideal. The rooftop deck was a great place to unwind and hang out together. The house had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. We are already planning the dates to come back for next year. The owner was very responsive and super accommodating.

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed this property. We walked to Broadway and felt very safe. Home is close to a park, farmers market, Kroger, etc (we walked to all). House provided all items we needed for our stay. Host was wonderful to work with. Would stay again 100%!

First Time in Nashville

We had such a wonderful time in Nashville. Nicholas has thought of everything! He was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The location was perfect and the view from the rooftop was amazing! The house was very clean and spacious with lots of fun amenities. We highly recommend staying here!

Hello! Originally from the Northeast, I moved to Nashville a few years ago and live in the Townhouse most of the year! I take extended trips during the summer and occasionally the winter when I make the Townhouse available for guests. I love living here and hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

The Townhouse is in the perfect location for enjoying Nashville. It is the perfect balance of a quiet area yet only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Broadway and a 10 minute walk to all of the best restaurants in Nashville / Germantown. The Broadway nightlife speaks for itself and is a must-do to experience Nashville. Germantown, is less well known but I am sure you will love it as much as I did when I chose to live here. I believe it is Nashville's most charming neighborhood, with historic buildings, tranquil streets, and a vibrant culinary and entertainment scene with rich heritage. I provide a guide with all my favorite spots in the city to guests!
