This beautiful log cottage has large windows that let in lots of light. It has a beautiful, custom, sauna/shower with a rain shower head and a washer/dryer. There is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dinning and living room all in one room.Upstairs has a queen bed and 2 twin beds with a large built in hammock. You will not want to miss, a stay in a one of a kind cottage on beautiful acreage located in the heart of Fairbanks with two shared hot tubs and a barrel sauna.

All of our properties are self check in but we are available to answer questions or help with any issues anytime.

The cottage is located right in the middle of Fairbanks, there will be some train and plane noise. There are 4 treeshoues, a main lodge also located on the 3 acre property.

There are 5 other house located in this private neighborhood. We also have 4 newly built treehouses on the property. There are two shared hot tubs. There are 2 parking spots right in front of the cottage for guests use. We recommend renting a car preferably an AWD and 4 wheel drive to visit all the unique places around Fairbanks. Cabs, Lyfts and Ubers are also available.

This cottage has an open floor plan. The main floor has a gorgeous kitchen with a gold farmhouse sink, tile backsplash and black stainless steel appliances with a dining table that seats 6. An open living room with plenty of seating with a pullout queen hid a bed. The bathroom is also on the main floor with a giant sauna shower . When you walk up the spiral staircase you will find a comfy queen bed, 2 twin beds and a built in hammock. Relax in the hammock that hangs over the living room and enjoy this unique space.
There is shared laundry in the bathhouse.

The cottage has a shared laundry in the bathhouse. We are also on a well and there might be some discoloration in the water. But there is a reverse osmosis faucet drinking water in the kitchen.
