Charming Cottage in the Heart of Catskill & Pet Friendly

This charming cottage ( The Catskill Nook) offers you everything that you need and more. Newly renovated and has all of the comforts of home with a full working kitchen. If you want to be close to it all while you are visiting the Catskills, and have some privacy in your own little cottage then this may be the place for you. We are walking distance to the Catskill Creek, Hudson River, restaurants, breweries and historic sites. We are 2 hours from NYC, 10 minutes from Hudson Train Station and 35 minutes from Woodstock. Hunter & Wyndham Mountain are approximately 25 minutes away. You will also have access to Meadowbrook Farms, our120 acre property to walk, hike, fish & go tubing.

Angela and Stephen were very welcoming. The Nook Cottage is the perfect place to go for a short or long getaway. Having a place to go that is dog friendly is blessing. The Nook has all of the amenties you need to cook, shower, or relax and play a game. The farmhouse decor makes the Nook a welcoming and comfortating home away from home.

Adorable, cozy cottage with a great locale to visit the falls and lots of hiking. If you forget something, no worries they have thought of it and stocked it for you. Must visit, Verdigris in Hudson for hot chocolate and a treat.

We had a wonderful time at the Catskill Nook. Everything was great and the hosts were amazing. Well located, walking distance to everything and pet friendly. The flowers from our hosts were gorgeous. We had a blast.

Perfect cottage in an adorable town

We loved everything about this stylish and super clean cottage! The decor is lovely, it is well stocked with everything you need, and is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for dog walking. We walked each morning up the hill to the convent and enjoyed looking at the older homes and gardens. You could walk into town from this place but we drove and parked along the street. There is a waterfront park nearby too. The hosts were wonderful and provided such clear instructions. The house looks completely new inside and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great experience!

Catskill vacation

The inside of the home was well layed out and comfortable. My wife was very pleased with washer and dryer as we got caught in a downpour and needed to clean our clothes. Everyone in the neighborhood were friendly and helpful with our questions.

comfortable, clean, stylish little house

Beautiful and nicely renovated, very clean and comfortable place, in a neighborhood good for walking, close to downtown Catskill. Nice kitchen, updated appliances. Bedroom and bathroom both fine for two people, small, but clean and well designed. Our one complaint is that the bed did not have the best mattress, sloping in the middle and probably fairly old. Combined living room kitchen was stylish and very comfortable, large enough to enjoy brunch for four, and play cards in the evening with our son and his girlfriend. This is the first time we brought our dog to a rental, and it worked out beautifully. Thoughtful and welcoming touches included a well stocked game cupboard and everything you need for coffee at breakfast A very nice weekend stay, we would come back again.

The Catskill Nook is beautiful and cozy with all the ameneties on the inside. And on the outside it's just a short walk away from main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Owners have thought of everything, and communication was effortless and very welcoming.

This is a very charming cottage which is close to several four star cultural places to visit and a fabulous breakfast place. It is very comfortable with all the comforts of home in case you forgot something.

FANTASTIC

The Catskill Nook was a fantastic place to stay. It has been newly renovated and is clean as a whistle. We stayed for 6 nights. We have family across the river in Hudson and it was a perfect "home" base for us with just a 15-20 minute drive away. They have thought of everything and checked with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Excellent hosts and we will definitely stay again
