Fully furnished BEAUTIFUL GOLF FRONT home can be your piece of paradise in The Villages FL. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, site built home is located in the Village of Silver Lake. The open concept living room includes a 48" flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV, with a walk-in closet, and a walk in shower area in the Master Bath. The guest bedroom has a double bed, dresser space, closet space and a tub/shower combo in the main living area. The Florida / Sunroom overlooks the golf course and has its own heat and air-conditioning system with an eating, sitting, and extra sleeping space on a futon.
There is also a sitting area in front of the house.
Just a short distance to Spanish Springs and shopping. Close to the pool and only hot tub in the villages not in a country club. The Villages has all the activities you could dream of with the Guest Village Resident ID, you have access to any of the Executive golf courses and championship golf courses. You also can enjoy any of the recreation centers and swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events and over 3,000 clubs. Explore any of the 3 public squares by golf cart or car, all squares have live entertainment and dancing every night of the week!
This property includes high speed internet, and Direct TV stream for your entertainment. So pack your bags and prepare yourself for a wonderful time.

villages stay

My wife and I stayed for 2 months. location was amazing, right on the golf course. Furnishings could use an upgrade but were okay. Loved the garage and use of a golf cart. short golf cart ride to rec centers, spanish springs for shopping and food. Defiantly would stay again.

Quiet location

If you are looking for a quiet location this is your place. Peaceful and a nice area good location to Spanish Village. The house is very clean but dated, the beds were not comfortable one was very small and hard. Would only stay again if the beds were changed,because we did like the house and area. Owner was very nice and helpful!

I enjoyed our stay. I would encourage Greg to maybe have a couple of chairs in back of the property for a view of the golf course as well as a grill to cook on. Of course a golf car would be great and/or to have bikes.

Accomodating and Excellent As Advertised in the Pictures

This home gave my family and me everything we needed throughout our stay. Many kitchen supplies came in handy, and we could skip going to the store to buy additional everyday household kitchen items you may forget to pack. The sunroom was a delight! This location is close to many major grocery and clothing stores without the hassle of overwhelming traffic. If there was one critique we had about the home, a lingering odor was more predominant in other parts of the house. Outside of that, we are grateful for the privilege of staying at this quaint and lovely home.

Wonderful stay in the Villages

Great and timely communication with host. When microwave didn’t work he brought over a different one within an hour. Wonderful views of birds in the backyard as an unexpected bonus.

Excellent relaxing time

We had a terrific time at the villages while between two Jeep shows in Florida. Greg and his wife were very accommodating, and even had a welcome basket for us when we got there. They were super at figuring out a couple details with us on arrival, and let us stay an extra day. We would highly recommend staying here, would definitely stay again, and are very appreciative of their hospitality.

Very pleased!

I couldn't be more pleased about the home I rented for a month in The Villages. I was lucky enough to get the dates I was looking for and a rental property that was perfect for my needs. I am hoping I can stay in the same place or a similar property a year from now. The property had a nice double garage. It was clean and comfortable. It wasn't far from stores, restaurants and Spanish Springs Square. This rental was a new experience for me and it really went well.

It was a perfect home for our vacation

The house was so clean, everything was in good working order, anything we needed was there for us. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to staying at The Villages.

The property was very nice and very clean. It was also well supplied. This was only our 2nd time to the Villages. The host Greg and Marilyn were very helpful with information, and very personable. We were glad we met them. We would stay there again.

Great Stay!

We had a great time! The home was very clean and looked just like the pics. We were right on the golf course. The host were very nice and even gave us a welcome basket. They provided us with all necessary info we might need about the villages.
