Good for the price.

It's fine for a quick stay while visiting Silverwood and the lake. The only complaints I have are: the cookware could be better (pots and pans are pretty bad), and there needs to be blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. There is nothing to keep the sun from coming through the windows early in the morning. That was very annoying. We were exhausted from being woken up too early. The neighborhood is quiet though.

This house was perfect for our needs. Loved the huge basement area which is where I stayed (the grandma). I felt like I had my own little get away.

Very nice place to stay. There are a few things bothered us. Needs longer curtains in bedrooms, Need A slip matt for tub and least but not last, We ran out of toilet paper, I called the property manager,he told me that the cleaning company would bring some.to us but never happened so we had to buy own. I would rate this as a 9 out of 10. Thank You. The Anderson and Pals families.

Overall it was a very nice little place, housekeeping could be a little more thorough, More than anything it's not a scent-free house The laundry soap was overwhelming it scented the whole downstairs especially the bathroom and the bedding being washed in it one who sensitive to wake up with a headache

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect for what we needed! Close to everything we needed, great yard for the dogs! Kids loved the open space downstairs! House was clean and very comfortable! Would definitely book again if we are back in the area

Would stay again!

Property was clean! Beds were comfortable! Lots of extra room downstairs. Close to everything, including the Kootenai County Fairgrounds which is where we wrte all weekend for a trade show! Will look into renting again in the next several months!Note-Kitchen could use some more items, like casserole dishes, serving dishes, rubbermaid.

Perfect Stay

We loved this cute home! It was the perfect home base on our annual trip to the North Pole with our kiddos. We loved having separate rooms for all of us and the downstairs area was awesome! All of the accomadations were there but the best part was being able to bring our dogs! The backyard was great for them to run around in and wear off some energy. We will be recommending to family when they visit the area. Thank you again!!

Nice, clean place with great media room.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the house was clean, comfortable and nice. There is a very large tv system in the basement which made for fun movie watching on a big comfortable couch. Adequate kitchen supplies and nice W/D setup. My only recommendation would be that the owners upgrade the curtains in the house. The sheer curtains over the front window don't provide much privacy and the bedrooms have odd half length curtains so there is no way to block out the neighbors porch light or the sun if desired.

Great weekend getaway

Our family had a great weekend here. House is clean, very comfortable and in a great location. Backyard is beautiful and our dog loved playing fetch. Highly recommend. We had no problems!

CDA stay

The house was a nice place to stay but there could have been a few things to make it more comfortable. The step up into the house is not a standard height and is very difficult to maneuver. It would be really nice to have coffee and at least powdered creamer available. The lack of curtains in the king room was very disconceting as well as the see through curtains in the living room. The only other thing was the lack of a table or dresser in the king room. I had no where to set my things.

Little Red House

This was our second stay but not our last. This little house lives large. Three nice sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A huge family room in the basement. Kitchen is well stocked. The house is well located. We love staying at this little red house.

We met here in CDA back in 2014 and have been off making memories ever since. Recently we were blessed with twin boys and now we spend our time chasing them around and loving every minute of it. We spend as much time outside as possible so if you have a question on your next fishing hole, favorite hiking spot or just a relaxing stop in your day, reach out and ask!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Ol' Red is located on a quiet street within walking/biking distance to everything CDA. Restaurants, bars, shopping, Tubbs hill for a little hike or the numerous activities CDA lake provides, its all out the front door. The house itself was built in 1954 and carefully updated since through the years. We added the most recent additions in the bathroom, completed the downstairs and back porch.
