This is a community of 5 Tiny Houses in a circle. Professionally built Platinum Tiny Home, fully furnished Turnkey 1 Bedroom 1 bath with living & dining space and small kitchen. Loft can be used for additional sleeping or office/storage. Brand new Stearns and Foster mattresses throughout. Enjoy walking or jogging in a quiet neighborhood. Tiny Home is located on acreage with local wildlife. Close to: Canyon Lake, Guadalupe and Comal River tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, Antique area of Gruene, Wimberly, Downtown New Braunfels, Creekside Shopping area. For longer stays, once a week housekeeping which includes freshly washed towels, sheets and light cleaning. Medium sized dogs are welcome but must be confined in a dog crate when the client is away. Central gathering area with BBQ and seating.

Property is great and guadalupe close! Door was locked and no phone number. had to hunt vrbo message and internet is sketchy untilyou enter and get wifi- good after that. so after 3.5 hr drive had trouble getting in and they seemed inpatient helping - like it was out fault door was not opening. turns out you haved to push door really hard to make electronic lock work right. not a buggy but should fix. checkin instructions said sore would be open but wasn’t. after we made it in and got wi fi all was ok. cabin is good and as pictured. small thing but 3 keurig pods for 2 people for 2 days is not cool. we had to find keurig pods . I would stay again but couple of little things would have made this a Great stay. Nancy

Loved our stay

Quiet and clean stay. The tiny home had all we needed. We loved that it was quiet and enjoyed the nature (deer, fox, horses, birds) around us. Great stay for my daughter and me. Owners are personable and relaxed.

So friendly

Above and beyond happy with our stay. Everyone is so kind, and friendly. The accommodations are perfect for your home away from home. I simply can’t say enough good things about our stay & their level of care. Peaceful, quiet, location that is still close to everything you need. Plenty of great walking areas for our dogs.

Wonderful tiny house!

I stayed for a week with my 2 boys. So much packed into a tiny place! We loved it. It’s in a pretty rural location away from everything which I loved. The house was clean. The beds were so comfortable. My boys slept better than they do at home. My 10 year old said it was his favorite place we’ve ever stayed. Both boys said they wanted to stay all summer, ha! There is no washer/dryer on the premises, which is clearly stated in the description. That’s the only thing that would make it better. I packed accordingly and it was not a problem! Candy is a very responsive host!! Really great experience. Loved it. Hope to be back again!

Our hosts were amazing. The tiny homes had ample space, very clean and supplied everything we needed. Excellent location for Gruene, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels and anywhere in the Hill Country.

Amazing Stay

Very clean and super well maintained tiny home. Great location close to Canyon Lake and the river. Very quiet and peaceful location. Host's were super friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property. Will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Lovely spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Candy was very friendly and helpful. The little house was very clean and comfortable and in a beautiful spot. We came for the eclipse and after getting a glimpse of that we really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the frogs and crickets.

Escape the City

We really enjoyed our stay. Far enough away from the tourists for a peaceful getaway, but close enough to drive to town when we wanted to. We never stayed in a tiny house but is was nice and cozy for my husband and I. We would definitely recommend it!

We were so impressed by this property. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The management was so nice and accommodating; even though it wasn't a requirement we had forgotten our crate & they provided one for our two little terriers. We will definitely be staying here again.

Second stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property for a few weeks. It’s ideal for us because it’s close to our daughter and it’s nice and quiet and we can see the stars. Candy and Larry are great hosts.

Nice touches

Good beds, clean and it had ice tray’s and coffee and sugar. Certainly a place where we’ll stay again when coming to float the river.
