Welcome to Hill Country Mystic Enchantment! This gorgeous property is situated in the rolling hills in Dripping Springs, TX. The home sits on eight fenced acres for the ultimate in privacy; however, you will also find yourself near the vineyards, restaurants, and shopping. The property has some great amenities too - a private pool, a game room, multiple patios, and an electric vehicle charging station (bring your own power cord). There is something for everyone in the group!

This remodeled and newly furnished, two-level farmhouse has a spacious 4,600 square feet of living space. You'll find six bedrooms and three and half bathrooms and plenty of room for 16 guests.

You'll enter the home via the garage, step through the sunroom and into the main great room - the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. This living area is open, bright and airy with high ceilings and offers plenty of natural light.

Living Room: The spacious living room offers comfortable contemporary-style furnishings and a Smart TV with DirecTV. The fireplace is not operational. Step through the French doors to access the patio and other outdoor spaces. A stereo system allows guests to stream music throughout the home and outside areas.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. It is fully equipped and offers high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range with double ovens and an oversized SubZero refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops and a walk-in pantry. The center island offers a convenient ice-maker and wine fridge and there is bar seating for four. There's an adjacent breakfast nook with seating for five.

Dining area: This separate dining area allows seating for 10.

Game room: Enjoy some fun with the arcade gaming machine, pool table, Smart TV with DirecTV programming, reclining seating, high ceiling, patio/pool access, and a fireplace. A stereo system allows guests to stream music in the game room.

Sunroom: Plenty of comfortable seating, yoga and light workout equipment, and views overlooking the front yard, pool and backyard.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (main level)— King size bed, Smart TV, access to the patio; the private bathroom offers soaking tub and separate glass/tile shower with dual shower heads. There is a stone counter vanity with a make-up area.

Bedroom 2 (main level) — King size bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 (upper level) — King size bed, Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level.

Bedroom 4 (upper level) — King size bed, Smart TV, access to the shared full bathroom.

Bedroom 5 (upper level, above the game room) — Two queen beds and Smart TV (adjacent to Bedroom 6/Studio).

Bedroom 6/Studio (upper level, above the game room) — Two queen beds, Smart TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, electric range, microwave and coffee maker, and a dining table with seating for three. The private bathroom offers a shower.

Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy the huge covered and uncovered patios offering outdoor dining and seating around the warm fire table. There is plenty of space to host birthday parties, rehearsal dinners and small corporate events. Enjoy your private pool with a waterfall feature and hot tub, there is also a patio lounge and table seating. The spacious front and back covered porches are also wonderful spots to relax in the rocking chairs and take in the surrounding views.
