Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful experience at Rustic Chalet. We're delighted to hear that your vacation and ski trip were fantastic and that the house met your expectations, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your group of 8 adults. We appreciate your positive comments about the comfortable beds, the hot tub, and the breathtaking views of Wheeler Peak. It's great to know that the proximity to the lifts and the overall Winter Ski House ambiance added to your overall satisfaction. Your constructive feedback is invaluable to us, and we thank you for bringing attention to a couple of areas that could enhance the guest experience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the draft in the primary bedroom due to window issues. We will address this promptly by looking into additional weather stripping to ensure a warmer and more comfortable environment during colder temperatures. Your suggestion about having a snow shovel on hand is duly noted. We understand the importance of maintaining clear pathways, especially during snowy conditions, and will take steps to ensure the walkways and hot tub area are more easily accessible for future guests. Lastly, thank you for your "donation" of the plastic sled. It sounds like a fun activity, and we'll make sure to make it available for future guests to enjoy. We truly value your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Rustic Chalet for another memorable stay in the future. If there's anything else we can do to enhance your experience, please don't hesitate to let us know. - Resort Properties of Angel Fire
