The Space:
This beautiful three-bedroom suite is handicap accessible with elevator access! The shower is wheelchair accessible, and the kitchen has slightly lowered counters. This home was built to be comfortable and accommodating whether you have a disabled family member! Estancia Resort is family-friendly and offers a large pool, playground, hot tub, pickleball, and basketball courts. Located directly across from one of the most significant BLM recreation lands in Utah, it is perfect for hiking, biking, and ATV riding. If you would rather relax during your stay, feel free to walk over to the Melted Spa for a world-class massage.
Private balcony, BBQ grill, full kitchen, and dining room. Wheelchair-accessible shower. Outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and children's playground. For your added comfort, a mid-stay clean or a daily freshening of your unit may also be arranged for an additional fee.

Check-in instructions will be supplied approximately 24 hours before arrival.

With a gorgeous 1500 foot red rock cliff backdrop, you will experience Broadway plays like nowhere else. “Tuacahn” comes from the Mayan language meaning “Canyon of the Gods” and you will be treated to a show that will make you feel like the canyon is yours.

There is no assigned parking, and there are no driveways or garages. Please use designated community parking stalls for all parking needs.
