The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 75 m² house for rent in Plourin-lès-Morlaix, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair, and wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and dining area
- A laundry room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), accessible via bedroom 2
- Bedroom 2: with three single beds, plus a fourth bed in the extension towards bedroom 1
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² private, open garden with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Plourin-lès-Morlaix, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private shaded car park.
