The carriage house was an amazing place to stay. It was charming, convenient to everything, and had great amenities like the pool nearby and bike access to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The area is absolutely stunning, the landscaping and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had.We especially loved having access to the bikes, golf cart, and all of the Watercolor amenities. It made getting around and enjoying our stay so easy and fun. Our kids had a blast choosing from the beach toys each day, which was such a thoughtful touch.The location was also perfect. It was just a quick and convenient trip to Seaside’s town center for dining, shopping, and exploring.We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Our favorite thing about this property is having the golf cart and the convenience and location it is to Watercolor Town Center, Camp Pool and Seaside.

The carriage house was perfect for me and my husband to explore Watercolor for the first time! Location was excellent and use of the golf cart made it so easy, we just parked the car and walked or golf cart everywhere. Bed was comfortable, room was very well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of towels! We relaxed each evening with a glass of wine and watching the big screen tv!

We absolutely loved our stay in this carriage house! It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was amazing with its high end appliances. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I. (I was still healing from a hip replacement.) The golf cart was the reason we rented this carriage house. That was a must for us! We found the place we would want to stay in every time we come to Watercolor! The location was great too! Thank you for sharing this place. June Family Trip

We loved our stay here with our two small children. We spent most of our time at camp watercolor which is in walking distance. The golf cart was great to have for exploring nearby attractions as it was our first time to the area. We will definitely be back!

Loved the property and access to all of the amenities of Watercolor. We also loved being close to Seaside, Publix, and Camp watercolor as well...the golf cart and bikes made everything easy. We loved all of the beach toys too...boogie boards, umbrellas, lots of toys, etc. The property management was very communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend Linger Longer!

Wonderful vacay

Watercolor is all we had hoped it would be! Our condo was clean and designed very well for a small family to enjoy. Our property manager was also very quick to reply to questions or needs. Perfect vacation!
