Or, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the backyard gas grill. Then, dine alfresco amidst the serene surroundings on your deck, featuring a picnic table that seats six comfortably. Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, featuring natural woods, gleaming floors, and upscale decor. In the evening, light the wood-burning fireplace, relax on the sofa and armchairs, and settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV. Take in the delightful scenery from the two rockers on the balcony. Drive 5 minutes to the public boat ramp. A grocery store and Canyon Lake Marina - offering boat and jet ski rentals - are mere minutes away. Additional nearby outdoor venues and activities include river tubing on the Guadalupe, hiking, and swimming at Canyon Park, live music at Whitewater Amphitheater or Gruene Hall, as well as Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one camera located on the front porch, facing the driveway/road.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
