The Cocoonr agency offers this property for rent, located in Le Grand Bornand, on Route du Chinaillon, just a 5-minute walk from the town center and a 10-minute drive from the slopes. This charming duplex flat has a surface area of 77 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The flat consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, TV with TNT channels
- A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hobs, washing machine, and dryer
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x190) (can be pushed together or separated depending on use), private bathroom
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) (can be pushed together or separated depending on use) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- One bathroom
- Separate toilet
Outside:
- A wooden terrace and lawn area are ideal for lounging in the sun with breathtaking views of the village and its bell tower, as well as the magnificent Aravis mountain range!
The neighborhood
At the foot of the Everest chalet is a bus stop, where you can take either the shuttle down to the village or the one up to Chinaillon, towards the slopes.

You can park in the private parking space.
