This 3BR/3BA vacation rental is nicknamed Jamaica Me Happy, and it certainly will!

Find beach-themed decor and natural light in this one-level condo that sleeps eight. A large relaxed living area, modern kitchen and master suite with large flat-screen TV welcome you back from the beach, along with two more bedrooms and a great outdoor area to soak up the sun.

The Pirate Bay complex features an on-site swimming pool, large kids’ play area and landscaped walking trails. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops, or pile into the car for a short 5-minute drive to Port Aransas Beach. At the end of the day, take a dip in the pool or relax in your own outdoor area.

Please note that this home is in a fantastic location that also happens to be in a disaster area.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Conveniently laid out over one level, you’ll find three generous bedrooms as well as a hallway ‘sleeping nook’ with twin-over-twin bunks. Get comfortable in the master bedroom with a king-size bed and 35” flat-screen TV. Your own attached bath with walk in shower is just next door. The second and third bedrooms both sport queen beds and share a second bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Relax on the large comfortable sofa and love seat in the lounge and enjoy the 43” flat-screen television. A generous kitchen with granite countertops and up to date appliances makes cooking a breeze. Outside, you’ll find an alfresco area to kick back and relax, or take advantage of the on-site swimming pool and children’s playground -- just steps away.

LOCATION

They say there’s pirate treasure in Port Aransas, and you’ll strike gold with this location. Enjoy all the amenities of the Pirate Bay complex, with a community pool, play space and walking trails. Slice of Chicago Pizza is just across the road, or take a 2-minute walk to the Port A Crabs seafood market and bring home fresh crab for dinner. A 5-minute drive takes you to the beachfront, with plenty more restaurants and nightlife on offer. Adventurous vacationers can choose from a great range of activities, from kayaking to skydiving.

Further afield is Schlitterbahn, only 20 minutes by car, as well as Corpus Christi.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
