This spacious three-story rental features over 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space to enjoy the fabulous weather. Inside, you’ll love the sophisticated design and a gourmet kitchen.
LIVING AREA
The sunlit living area is furnished with an elegant sofa and two comfy armchairs. Relax after a fun-filled beach day and stream favorite shows on the 65” cable TV. Enjoy the Bluetooth stereo anytime.
The downstairs seating room includes a TV for entertainment and offers separation of living spaces.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A sprawling island offers ample prep space and seating for four.
When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a 55” TV with Roku. The en-suite bath includes a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a plush queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room features a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom is furnished with three twin-over-twin bunk beds. The en-suite bath is configured with a walk-in shower.
A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Each covered porch and balcony offers comfy furnishings and peaceful views of Corpus Christi Bay & Island Moorings Marina in addition to the Resort Golf Course as your backyard.
Enjoy access to incredible resort amenities, including the elegant resort-style pool (unheated and open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed Palmilla section of the beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent.
The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds throughout the resort. Carved from untamed dunes along the Gulf, this 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways lined with native grasses.
For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower, and driveway parking for two cars. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
