Come discover this charming T3 renovated and nestled in a small co-ownership on the 2nd and last floor of a building. Located in the heart of downtown La Rochelle, you can do everything on foot!
As soon as the nice days arrive, enjoy its terrace without overlooking neighbors for your meals. A haven of peace for a few days.
This well-equipped apartment will allow you to feel at home.
It has 2 two beautiful separate bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The first has a large 160*190 bed, the second has two single 80*190 beds that can be combined upon prior request into a large 160 bed, with a communicating bathroom with shower, separate toilets, a living room with TV and Wifi, and a fully equipped open kitchen:

The housing is located on the 2nd floor of the residence without an elevator.

The accommodation is located in the heart of downtown La Rochelle, just steps away from the market and its halls, with merchant stands setting up at the foot of the building 2 mornings per week (Wednesday & Saturday). It is strongly recommended not to park your vehicle on the apartment's street the evenings before these 2 days (at the risk of finding your car towed...)
The Aloha Concierge will be at your disposal before, during, and after your stay for any questions you may have regarding your stay in this apartment
She can also advise you on places to go, restaurants to visit, museums to explore, and hidden spots in La Rochelle to discover!
The Aloha Concierge Service will be there to welcome you and hand over the apartment keys before 6 PM. For any late arrivals, we will place your keys in a box provided for this purpose and located at our agency, about a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
