Wonderful place to feel at home while away on vacation.

We loved the accommodations. It was perfect for our needs. A few things missing related to the coffee but that was it. Well appointed and very cozy.

Beautiful room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful white mountains retreat! The in room fireplace was simply amazing and the hot tubs on the property were perfect for winter relaxation time! The room was immaculate, it had everything that we needed. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and well taken care of. 10 out of 10, would stay here again!

Great spot

My son and I stayed here for a few days for his races. Every aspect of our stay was terrific. We loved our little spot, it was cozy and we slept like gods. Hitting the pool and hot tub after coaching and racing each day was incredible. We will be back for sure!

Excellent over night stay near Conway.

This studio was great! Comfortable, clean and a lot of attention to detail throughout. A full size fridge in the fully equipped kitchen. Washer/ dryer as well. Nice little patio outside of the unit to sit & enjoy the surroundings. The outdoor hot tub is large and nice spot to relax. Close to North Conway and a lot of what the White Mountains have to offer. Will stay again!

King size bed

Upon entering room it reeked like vomit so we had to search for the source. It was a soaked rug in bathroom that we hung outside on patio. The bed was like a marshmallow with no support. The coffee machine did not have a carafe pitcher for coffee. Also, dryer did not work no matter how long we put it on for, hours. Clothes stayed damp.

Owner was very responsive

The address provided for check-in doesn’t take you to the exact spot. It would be easier if the instructions were to simply checkin at Matty B’s Pub. When we arrived, there weren’t enough towels for the family, no linens for the pull out bed, and no toilet paper in the unit. The owner was extremely responsive, and sent the cleaning crew back out within 30 minutes to get us the necessary items. Of note, the pull out couch is really a large twin. No more than one medium-sized child could sleep on the bed comfortably. My nine and eleven year old were very cramped… unless you have two small toddlers, the unit really sleeps three comfortably.

Our stay was fantastic! There were a couple issues that the owners quickly responded to and were extremely helpful. The bed is out of this world comfortable!!! Would definitely like to come back when the seasons change!

A perfect overnight in summer.

Stayed here overnight after picking our sons up at Camp. We had hoped to enjoy the Attitash alpine slides, waterslides etc and were initially disappointed to find they were closed this summer. In the end, there was tons of free stuff to do around the condo complex including a pool with live music, a great restataunt and really special access to the Saco River. We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo itself was clean, well stocked and had an en suite washer dryer to clean all those dirty camp clothes. Highly recommend.

Great place with great amenities

Great little get away! The place has just about everything you need if you want to stay in and cook or grill, but is close to tons of great restaurants for a night out. It was the off season but that was fine with us because it meant use of all the amenities (except outdoor pool) with practically no one around. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I moved around and traveled a TON as a kid growing up so you could say it's in my blood. I've always had an interest in owning rental properties and providing nice, affordable housing and beautiful vacation spots to visit when it's time to unplug for a bit. When my husband and I are not busy working full time, we enjoy visiting the White Mountains with our 6 kids. My husband grew up vacationing there his entire life so he started bringing me up for my birthdays when we were dating and now we visit as a family and are working on buying a few places we can share with others when we are not using them.
