The 46m2 apartment is located in an alley and a building built in the 17th century, in the medieval center of Sedan which has retained its charm of the period.
On the 2nd floor of a small quiet building, without elevator it has a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area for 4 to 6 people. Coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, wine glasses, etc. are available. The living room offers a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access, free Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed (140x190cm) for an additional sleeping space. It has a shower room and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a full-length mirror, and wardrobes. All the essentials are included: professionally laundered and lovingly ironed sheets, towels, soap and shampoo, coffee/tea, biscuits and jams - Nutella for breakfast... Oil is also provided. Salt/pepper, sugar, and a packet of pasta are provided for emergencies! Free parking is available on-site in various parking lots (less than 100m away, one with an electric charging station) and on the street. You can also leave your bicycles in the building's common areas, in the entrance hall; please let us know if you plan to do so! Pets (dogs/cats) are welcome, and food and water bowls are provided for your four-legged friends. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) can be provided free of charge upon request. Access to the accommodations are completely independent with secure coded key boxes, and the apartment is Non-smoking.
