MAJESTIC FOREST offers you three levels of family fun with three master suites, three large balconies, spacious loft, large living and dining area, and a huge game room. You will love its rustic upscale decor and its homey atmosphere. Don't forget our community pool! The gorgeous&spacious three level cabin has 3 bedrooms ALL large king-size master suites,their own bathroom, fireplace, &romantic jacuzzi tub.The loft has added sleeping with a queen size sofa & log bunk bed with full on bottom and twun on top, a, childrens Teepee and foosball table, half bath and balcony .The Game Room has an arcade game,pool table,queen sofa sleeper,dry bar,&mini fridge.High speed WiFi &5HD flat screen TVs and it's own spacious balcony with a hot tub and 3 person swing.3 covered porches/balconies that provides a large hot tub, grill,swing,rocking chairs, tables and chairs&beautiful quiet& private views.Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops,stainless appliances. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our cheer competition in Pigeon Forge! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly accommodating, personable, and responded to our questions almost instantly. Their communication was top-notch throughout our entire stay.The home itself was absolutely wonderful – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What really made this place special was how kid-friendly it was. Our children were thrilled with the bunk beds, and the entertainment options kept them happily occupied during downtime between competition events. The old school arcade video game was a huge hit, and they spent hours playing the various games available. The teepee tent was adorable and became their favorite cozy spot to hang out – they didn’t want to leave it! These thoughtful touches showed how much the host understands families traveling with children.The location was incredibly convenient for us, situated perfectly close to our competition venue. This made it easy to get back and forth without stress, which was exactly what we needed during a busy competition weekend.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge, especially families with kids or those attending events in the area. We’d absolutely stay here again!

It was a wondeful experience me and my family had a great time. Most 9f us did not leave the premises. We had everything we needed for some good fun family time. My nephews and their children dared to use the cold pool and loved it. We even had some bear adventures. We watched an adult bear rummage around to woods for bugs to eat(I assumed)and as we were loading up to leave a younger bear hopped into my sisters minivan Checked it out. We all kept our distance for our protection and theirs. But it was a very exciting experience.

Convenient location, Plenty of room and Privacy

We had a group of us staying. I was getting married in Pigeon Forge (from Ohio). This is perfect if you have 3 couples because each floor has its own master suite. The loft area is perfect for kids as it had a twin bunk bed over a double bed. There was also a couch in the loft thst pulled out into a bed. Down in the game room is another couch that oulls out into a bed. Plenty of accommodations such as a hot tub, a deck on every floor with seating, a grill, a community pool, pool table, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half-bathrooms. Parking has room for at least 3 vehicles, maybe 4 if regular cars. Was right off the parkway so close to alot of shopping, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Our hostess was wonderful! She was very clear with instructions for check-in and check-out. She made my stay extra special by decorating it since she knew i was getting married. Would highly recommend staying with a large group. Thank you so much fit being a fabulous hostess!

Great location

Place was perfect. It was very clean had so much amenities. I loved every room had a jetted tub. Location was perfect, was close to everything in Pigeon Forge, didnt have to travel far to anything we did. I highly recommend this place.

Master bedroom

We enjoyed the cabin even the extra visitor that we missed. Black bear visited. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a ski slope. Mattress was not the most comfortable to sleep on after a long day having fun.

Enjoyed the Majestic

Property was ideal for our family. Roomy, games, just enough parking. My only concern was trash. With 10 people during a 5 day stay, we filled the cans and had some left.

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect cabin for our group of 9. (7 adults & 2 children) Convenient location just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of space and great amenities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Check in & out was easy and great communication with the owner.

Birthday weekend for six year old

The cabin was gorgeous and very well maintained. We loved that it had a pool table and each of the rooms were a suite. It came stocked with toys and games for the kids to play with and my girls loved the blocks the most. The hot tub was amazing and the balconies were pretty awesome too even with it being November. Joylee was very courteous and thoughtful. She had told us that she would’ve decorated if she had known it was a birthday party for my little girl but I hadn’t put that on there. Just throwing that on the review for anyone that’s considered an anniversary or birthday cabin stay. I’ll definitely book with her again when we come back out to pigeon forge. :)

Great for multiple families staying

Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast and plenty of things to do when not out and dreaming the area. Loved that all the main bedrooms provided equal luxuries for three different couples so it wasn't difficult to choose which family gets which room. l area

Get away was well worth it

We loved everything about the property from the moment we pulled in the driveway. The inside was exactly as described. The owner Joy Lee even reached out to us during our stay to be sure everything was going well. Her hospitality and friendliness made the stay that much better!! When we go back to Pigeon Forge we will be staying there again. Thank you Joy Lee for giving us a very memorable get away!

Our First VRBO Rental

Minus the dust on furniture in the bedrooms, food particles in the microwave and oven, a few light bulbs out and slow drains in some of the sinks, overall we had a pleasant stay at this rental. The family had a great time.

Exceptional Vacation Home

Our entire family enjoyed the beautiful vacaton home.It was the mist relaxing vacation we had ever been on.No need to leave the cabin,between the jacuzzi tubs,hot tub,pool table and the views from all 3 balconies the views were amazing.

Decorated with a Rancher theme, you will NOT find a cleaner cabin in the Smokies! All 3 bedrooms are lavished with their own fireplace, jetted tub, shower and sink. Great for big families or couples who want their own secluded space. Majestic Forest also has 2 extra half baths to accommodate 13+ guests. Once you’re in the cabin you feel like you’re in your own private forest on your own private mountain. It is less than 2 minutes from the parkway and EVERYTHING fun in Pigeon Forge! But once you are at the cabin you feel like you are in your own private woods! The resort has a basketball area and a pool. All 3 balconies are equipped with comfy seating. There is a couch on all 3 levels. The loft has a fun log bunkbed with a full mattress on the bottom bunk. There are 2 sofa sleepers and if that isn't enough along with the 3 king suites the owner also has air mattresses available for more beds upon request.

If you're wanting a clean cabin this is the right one for you! Cleanest bathrooms and hot tub in the Smokies! Owner does all the cleaning of the linens and cabin herself with the assistance of her family because she couldn't find ANY cleaners in East TN that cleaned to her standards! Owner is caring and extremely responsive! Owner does everything from booking to cleaning toilets! She will go above and beyond to try to make your stay memorable! The hot tub has gorgeous forest views from morning to night and they are not only beautiful but very romantic! There is an extra beverage refrigerator in the game room. If you're needing something special, just ask Joy Lee the owner! She will go out of your way to make sure your vacation is a special! If you are needing a few more beds just let her know and she can accommodate with air mattresses! There is NO REASON your vacation shouldn't be the greatest of all times because this owner will do everything possible to ensure you are taken care of! Owner is available 24/7! Kitchen with rustic island is equip with all your needs. Pool table, Duck Hunter arcade game, board games, cards, coloring books, crayons, books, word puzzles, washer and dryer, gas grill, and even pet food and water dish on site. If there is a special request, don't be afraid to ask! The loft also has a children's Teepee to keep the munchkins entertained! Pack and Play and stroller also available upon request!
