It’s the perfect location for exploring the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne (its citadel and fireworks), Toulouse, the coast, and the mountains. Nestled between meadows and forests, enjoy an authentic setting where our 3 dogs, 5 cats, chickens, geese, and horse live peacefully together. The entire property is smoke-free. The cottage: First floor: - living room with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker) - bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening onto the terrace and garden - laundry room with toilet and large closet Upstairs: - large living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two (160 cm) - bathroom with separate toilet - bedroom with two 90 cm beds - baby equipment available upon request Outside: - private terrace with patio furniture - barbecue and plancha - game room with ping-pong and foosball - Bicycles available upon request - indoor pool shared with the owners (open from May to September, weather permitting) Starting from the cottage, beautiful walks through the estate’s woods will take you to the village and the “Balcony of the Pyrenees.” Many recreational activities nearby (greenways, water ski lift, pedal boats, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, inflatable games, tree-top adventure course, sailing lessons, fishing...).
