Our family agreed that this was a perfect mountain lodge! The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful, especially with our morning coffee! Michael was the perfect host and helped us with sightseeing and experiences in the area in addition to things we had already booked (Unto These Hills and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad train ride). We were a party of 5 adults and a teenager and had a great time enjoying the pool and game room. A great house and location to make lasting memories. Thanks Michael!!

The home was clean and had a nice variety to offer the young adults that were with us with a game room in the garage, hot tub and access to a pool/gym. My brother and his son did not have difficulty getting a tee time at the golf course. The views from the deck were spectacular. We all left this property already talking about coming back and staying in this same home. And when I got home, I longed for those amazing views while sipping my coffee on the deck.

Whittier wedding

Went for my nieces wedding and really enjoyed the time at the house. Spacious, clean and well organized. Awesome game room. Beautiful view. Definitely better than expected!!!

Amazing Getaway

This property is spectacular. The view is amazing and the house is unforgettable! My friends and I were looking for a golfing retreat and this property exceeded our expectations. The lodge is located on the golf course with an amazing view of a few holes on the course. The game room was very fun we spent most of our time shooting pool and playing cards. Every room was very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. My friends and I cannot wait to come back!

Hey Jesse thanks so much for the nice review! I’m so glad you all enjoyed the new game room and the fire pit out back. The views really are spectacular and we love to relax out on the decks when we get up there. Also glad to hear golf worked out and you got to play some of the local courses. Great Summer Family Vacation

Stayed here with a group of 5 adults and 4 kids. We had lots of space, a deck with amazing views. Home is fully stocked. Game room came in handy when we were rained in for an afternoon. The home is located in a golf resort that offers tennis courts, pool, and gym around the corner. Michael was a easy to contact for any questions or needs through out the trip. Note that T-Mobile cell service doesn't work well in this area so the wifi at the house was a savior. It was a 15-20 min drive to most attractions in the area.

Easily Accessible--A Big Plus

No steep mountain roads to reach this property was wonderful compared to our lodging the prior year. There were a few small concerns which were remedied by Michael and his cleaning staff in short order. The recent unexpected addition of a hot tub was very well received by all. A good hot soak after a day of hiking is a terrific benefit. The game room was used nearly every day which is complete with refrigerator/freezer so there is plenty of space for food and drinks. The master suite is quite lovely. We had the 2 grandsons room with us to give their parents a break. With the huge closets and extra-large bathroom with shower, jet tub, 2 sinks and 2 toilets was wonderful too! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of silverware and pots/pans/baking dishes. Grocery stores are a short drive away so planning kept shopping stops to a minimum. Relax and enjoy in this beautiful location!

Thank you so much for the great review; our family also loves spending time at the lodge and spends every evening in that game room! The hot tub on the master deck is an added bonus and I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Sorry again that the extra pillow cases were not accessible!

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful getaway with gorgeous views! This house is the perfect distance from anything you would want to do in the Smokies! The house is clean and spacious. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Motorcycle Get-away

My husband and I traveled to NC from Mass. with 3 other couples for some motorcycle riding in the area. The area nor the lodge disappointed!! The house was beautiful with stunning views off of the back deck. It was well equipped with more than enough space for the 8 of us. It was very well located for all of the driving routes we were interested in. There was one minor snafu with the wifi which Micheal had fixed in a very timely fashion. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area

Piece of Paradise

We would highly recommend this property. It is very clean and spacious. Its proximity to Franklin, Maggie Valley, etc. is awesome. We made some great memories! The host was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. We will definitely be booking this property again.

The Mountain View Lodge is true luxury in the mountains. Every detail has been meticulously thought-out and curated to provide the ultimate comfort for our guests. When we first saw this property we were blown away by the awesome views from every deck and the comfort of the home.

On top of all that, the location is convenient for whatever you are looking for: Bryson City, Dillsboro, Sylva, Cherokee, the Harrah's Casino, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all 15 minutes away or less. There is something to do for everyone and we are confident that, once you arrive, you will not want to leave.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The lodge is a truly special place. In addition to multiple decks all offering panoramic views, the backyard area has chairs and a fire pit perfect for making s'mores. The rec room is the ultimate hangout spot and is outfitted with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, poker table, and a flat screen tv.

Inside the home you will find a full working kitchen, warm living room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a wet bar. The master suite is enormous and features a spa-like bathroom complete with a jacuzzi jetted tub, walk in shower, and his and her toilets and vanities. The additional three guest bedrooms are all comfortably laid out with either a king or queen bed.
