Great place! The location was amazing and the house overall was awesome. I’m only giving it a 4 because the kitchen lacked a lot. So if you are looking to make lots of meals I’d bring some stuff from home.

Enjoyed everything with the exception of the ski in ski out amenity. Of course weather can’t be controlled (it was warmer) There was no snow (only mud) under the ski lift. Staying last year skiing in and out was great but this year we had to walk in the mud to the bottom of the hill to get on the lift. Will definitely come back.

The house was gorgeous!! Fully stocked with KItchen supplies, towels and blankets. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The views are breathtaking. This place is huge I give 10/10. I will most certainly becoming back and a big thank you to the host for answering my questions so quickly!!

Winter Getaway

Beautiful property for a late winter getaway with some friends! Well equipped and the host was great with communication from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

We stayed at this property for my daughter’s graduation from WVU. There was tons of room and we didn’t lack for anything. Every day we saw deer, rabbits and groundhogs. It was wonderful!

Wonderful getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for adults and kids. Our pups enjoyed their stay as well. Thank you for being wonderful hosts. It was just the right amount of time away. And the kids and dads loved walking right to the ski lift.

Had a great time with the family!

Took most of the family for a long ski weekend and the location was so convenient. It was a very nice home. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Also very promptly had the hot tub fixed when it wouldn’t heat up and firewood delivered when we ran out. Will definitely try and stay here again next year.

Great weekend stay!

Easy check-in with great directions. House was very clean. Hot tub was the best part of our stay! Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for cooking. Bed was really comfortable, too. Overall, this was a great place for a weekend getaway! We would love to come back!

Ski Birthday

The property is spacious and wow more in person than the on-line listing. Conveniently located, equipped kitchen and all you need for a great time with a larger family/friend gathering.

Cousin weekend

Great location for our cousins to get together and take a little weekend vacation from the kids! Had a wonderful time, very communicative, extremely helpful with accuracy in the listing, everything needed was provided and we loved having space outside for some corn hole and card games. Truly an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to booking with my family again soon!

Great place to stay at the top of the mountain. Rooms are spacious, everything in working order, and the kitchen is well equipped. It was fun seeing the wildlife right outside the door. It's right by the ski lift for winter vacations. Thank you for sharing your place!

Work camp

This place was a lot nicer than most of the places I rent for business, but it was one of the few that had a washing machine. What I liked the most about this property is how quiet the neighborhood was. You literally couldn't hear anything at night, resulting in a great night sleep, and a productive day of work.

Fabulous Mountain Top Experience

Our group of 6 adults and 3 children had more than enough room, comfortable beds, more bathrooms than imagined, and a nice hot tubs. We escaped dangerous heat in DC Metro area, 20 degrees cooler at this large and gorgeous mountain home!! Less than a 20 minute drive to Deep Creek lake side and several state parks- Swallow Park and Falls provided so much thrill. I would say they can make it even better by supplying a few more basic looking supplies.

Just what we needed!

First and foremost, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was clean and comfortable which are the two most important things for us. The property manager was very responsive. I would comment, though, that the house needs some TLC. First, we arrived after dark and didn't know that this was a cluster home (side by side, same building) and there was no house number on the unit we were in. It made it very difficult to find which house was the one we rented. We usually don't rent homes like this because we don't want our two small dogs to bother anyone if we left them in the house in their kennels but we took them everywhere with us this trip and never left them and there was no one in the other side during our stay. There were many nails, screws and hooks in the walls where pictures or other items used to hang and were now gone so it made the place feel a bit neglected. The hot tub cover was just about split in two and there was no rack to fold it up onto when we wanted to use the hot tub. We had to shimmy down the side inbetween the outer wall of the house and tub to be able to take it off and put it back on. It also kept tripping a breaker but the property manager sent someone out same day to fix it (we didn't go in again to notice if it stayed on). And the two adorondack chairs pictured on the deck were in several pieces and totally unusable.
