1. NO food beyond the dining room.
2. Please REMOVE all makeup before entering the bed. ( $60 cleaning fee for make up stains )
3. NO smoking in the house.
4. If other UNACCOUNTED Guests are found staying in the home, there is a $18 fee per Person.
5. Please DO NOT move the furniture or stain the furniture. A $100 fee will be charged for damages.
6. Please DO NOT remove electronic devices, everything is accounted for and it is an automatic charge starting at $100.
7. Please DO NOT remove, move, turn, or adjust the camera or your reservation will be CANCELED.
8. Losing the house buzzer is a $75 charge.
9. NO UNAUTHORIZED parties, kickbacks, gatherings, dinners, podcasts or your reservation WILL BE CANCELED.




By agreeing to book this listing, you accept following house rules. If house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

→ We absolutely do not allow smoking in the house and you will be asked to leave if found smoking inside the house and will require $200 smoke cleaning fees.

→ We honor the quiet hours system from 10PM. (No Party after 10PM)

→ We do charge extra $102per day for every extra guest over 1. You will be billed after your stay at vrbo or please update the number of guests.
