Located in the heart of the Résidence de la Mer, this lovely house can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in La Couarde-sur-Mer, it offers a peaceful setting just a few steps from the beach, the village centre and cycle paths.
You will appreciate its sunny terrace and its calm environment, perfect for a relaxing stay on the Île de Ré.
The residence's shared swimming pool is accessible to all occupants and will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful summer days.
The Peu Ragot beach is located approximately 100 metres away and is easily accessible on foot.
The house has all modern comforts: a bright living area with lounge space, a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as private parking.

Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré under the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
