With 2100 sq ft of interior living space, this large freshly painted home has lots of windows and natural light with brand new & newer furniture, new light fixtures, new beds (King, Queen & 2 Twins), bedding, large Smart TV in living room, Smart TVs in all bedrooms plus an additional 200 sq ft screened lanai overlooking the creek! It's professionally decorated with coastal touches throughout. Large eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with new pots & pans for all your cooking & baking needs! We have plenty of beach towels, coolers and tote bags awaiting your arrival! There is an attached one car garage with an additional parking spot on driveway.

We've been coming to Bonita Springs for over 20 years now. We have family that lives here & we all just love it! I fell in love with this home as soon as I saw the creek running through the backyard and heard all the birds singing!! It's so peaceful and beautiful! It felt like home the moment I saw it! It's my little slice of paradise now!

Pelican Landing is the only premier community that offers incredible amenities without having to join a country club to get them. Having the tennis club, huge state of the art fitness club, pickle ball, bocci ball, community center with LOADS of activities, marina & sailing center with complimentary sailing lessons, kayaks, canoes, sailboats, fishing... I can't forget the fishing at 3 piers, 7 lakes & from the beach...then the crown jewel, the 34 acre island beach club ALL INCLUDED makes Pelican Landing everyone's destination of choice for any time of year! I am an avid golfer too... there are several area golf courses for an additional fee. Or you may check out a seasonal membership at a local club that some offer. I think you will come to love it here as much as we have! My kids and I look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with you and your family!
