Cocoonr offers this charming 135 m² house for rent in Cancale, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 90 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- 90 m² living room with TV, sofa-beds and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) that can be combined to form a 180x190 double bed, a table football table
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190) that can be combined to form a double bed (180x190)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, double childcare equipment, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m² with swing for the children.
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
