This stunning luxury home is ideally located on the 18th hole of the Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West in La Quinta. Watch the golfers from tee to green as you sip a cool drink, float in the pool, catch some rays and grill up lunch in the spectacular back yard made for entertaining!
You will feel like you're on vacation the minute you walk through the front door as you take in views of the stunning back yard through the wall of glass that basks the home in beautiful natural light.
The home features a master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms over approximately 3000 sf of gorgeous living space.
The show-stopping highlight of the property is the enormous back yard which is made for entertaining with its sparkling pool, hot tub, BBQ area with bar seating and outdoor TV, 2 dining areas, lounge areas and 3 fire pits! There is always a beautiful view of the yard, golf course and mountains from the living room, dining and kitchen spaces through the wall of glass.
The gourmet kitchen dazzles with its granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances (including a brand new double oven) and island seating.
The dining area has a round dining table that seats up to 8 with a bay window looking out to the gorgeous views.
The very large living room features a gas fireplace, high ceilings and modern decor/furnishings.
There is a den off the kitchen with a large sectional sofa and big screen TV for kicking back after a day on the course or at the pool!
The master bedroom is gorgeous with its own seating area looking out to back yard, high ceilings, TV, spin bike and 2 walk-in closets. The connecting master bath is enormous with two vanity areas, a big soaker tub and a walk-in shower.
The two guest bedrooms each have their own connecting full bathroom. The bedrooms are very welcoming with modern furniture and sparkling, tiled bathrooms.
There is a garage for 2 cars and 1 golf cart and a courtyard/driveway that fits 2 more vehicles. We even have a Tesla charger in the garage!
Other features are a gracious courtyard area leading up to the front door, a powder room and a laundry room.
