PGAWest is home to herds of "Big Horn" sheep which you can experience up close and personal. Lambing season is January through April, a great time to see the newest members trekking the hills, fairways, and streets.

We go the extra mile and provide the opportunity for you to experience access to the Griffin Ranch Private clubhouse amenities like Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, and GYM pilates classes. (Daily use fee and registration required by the club.)

Additionally, we provide great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

We try to make your stay special, from the 1000-count fresh linens to having an entertainers setup. Truly a turnkey home away from home.

We have a very rare setup. We are one of only 7 units in all of PGA West Champion units with a spa in the private courtyard.

We will personalize the 3rd bedroom/game room/ office to your specifications prior to your arrival. So your stay can be tailored to more guests, more games, or a workspace.

This location is spectacular with west-facing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

All the tech is in place. We understand that working from home is a reality. Why not have two 80-inch TV Monitors while you work? It's where we go to work during our down months.

Alexa music with BT, Wi-Fi, and whole home audio with individual room volume control.

8 TV's so you can watch everything, everywhere all at once.

We also live nearby. So, you have instant access to any help or repair that may surface.
