The house, on one level, is very bright and oriented towards the garden.

It consists of a 60 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen area with central island and a table that can accommodate 14 people for warm meals.

A lounge area composed of 2 sofas and a magnificent fireplace, giving access to the jacuzzi and the courtyard.

-The courtyard which serves as a summer kitchen, is equipped with a plancha, a pizza oven and all the facilities to spend good breakfasts or dinner outside away from the sun.

In the night area:

-a first master suite equipped with a shower room (160 bed and storage)
-a second suite with bathroom and Italian shower (160 bed and storage)
-2 bedrooms with 160 beds and storage cupboards
-The dormitory is composed of 4 high-end bunk beds in 140 (see photo)
it is therefore possible to put up to 8 people in it.
-1 separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

-1 laundry room with sink, a large freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside:
-A garden with a magnificent 8x4 salt water swimming pool heated from May 1st to September 30th.
-A 5-person jacuzzi (open all year round)
-a shower for returning from the beach
and magnificent deckchairs and outdoor sofas to rest by the pool.
There is 1 space inside with the charging station to enter a vehicle and many spaces outside along the garden.
The villa is managed by the sparkling Ré concierge available throughout your stay.
In order to spend a holiday in peace and with a concern for quality and cleanliness, linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning are mandatory and managed by the concierge service. They are not included in the price of the stay and will be recalled at the time of booking.
The cleaning fee is €300 for a rental of 6 days or more, €200 for short stays of 3 days.
Regarding the linen, the beds are made for your arrival and you will have a large and a small towel for each traveler. A flat rate of €25 per person is required. We leave cleaning products, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo and shower gel available...
