The Space:

The modern and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a friendly living room, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. A separate TV area allows for space separation, and you will also find a bathroom with WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the bedrooms, cosy and soothing, invite relaxation after a day of discovering the Pays des Abers. You will find a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed in 160x200 as well as 2 rooms with twin beds, thus allowing the preparation of 2 single beds or 1 double queen-size bed in 160x200.

Outside, a terrace and enclosed garden allow you to fully enjoy beautiful days in complete privacy. Thanks to its central location, shops and restaurants are accessible on foot, making this house the perfect starting point for exploring the Breton coast while enjoying the comfort of a true cocoon.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
