Sea Cabins “Seven Seas” unit 7C is a vacation rental townhouse located in a cute, secluded nook of Miramar Beach called the Sea Cabins. This newly remodeled unit will make your beach vacation one to remember. Planning a romantic getaway, small family vacation, or a beach trip with friends? This is the place for you! With one bedroom and two bathrooms, this rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit by the HOA. No Golf carts allowed.
The open and spacious floorplan of this newly remodeled townhouse includes the living, kitchen, and dining areas on the first floor. The living room features an armchair and plush couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, both of which face a large wall-mounted TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a small porch with seating for four. Near the living area, a dining table seats four. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides ample space to prepare family meals at the beach!
Downstairs there is additional sleeping in the bunk nook which also has a washer and dryer, just across the hall from the full downstairs bathroom. Up the stairs to the second floor to find the master suite. This room boasts a queen-size bed, newly remodeled attached bath, and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
This townhouse is in a secluded nook of its own. There is a picnic area with charcoal grills adjacent to the pool, making it easy to have a fun outdoor meal. The community pool is available for guests, and a sun deck provides grills for poolside dining. A gated beach entrance is located across Scenic Gulf Drive, making it easy for you to access the Sea Cabins private white sugar sand beaches and crystal-clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Guests love the laid-back atmosphere, but also enjoy the convenient location that allows them to explore this unique coastal area. With beachfront bars and restaurants, wine outlets, coastal boutiques, outlet mall, golf courses and tennis resorts nearby. Sea Cabins is centrally located and makes it easy for you to enjoy your vacation by discovering all that this stretch of the Gulf Coast has to offer.
First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Shower.
Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Walk-In Shower.
Please note:
Tents of any size are not permitted on the beach or complex grounds.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through March.

House rules
- We reserve the right to not accept a reservation due to length of stay or booking errors.
- Primary renter must be 25 and must be always present.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement plus copy of Driver's License is required to gain access to the rental. If not returned within 3 days of making the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled with a $100 admin fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.

We highly recommend adding travel insurance which can be added after you make the reservation. We email you after you make the reservation with options for travel insurance.
