This is a spacious one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, living room with Roku TV (log into your own platforms), electric fireplace and a small dining table, a bedroom with a queen bed and an additional twin-sized daybed, a full bathroom with both tub and shower, and a shared outdoor area. There are 4 fully private apartments on site, this one has a shared hallway entrance. Note: there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, but this apartment is on the opposite end and no restaurant noise carries over.
Walk to everything in Tannersville, 10 min drive to hiking, Hunter, Kaaterskill Falls, Arboretum. 20 to Windham, 30 to Saugerties, Catskill & Woodstock, 40 to Kingston.

Highly recommend! This apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and very convenient to shops, cafes and restaurants. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Would book again!

Great spot for home base

The apartment was perfect size for myself and my friend. We explored the area and did some great hiking about 15 mins away. All the shops and restaurants in Tannersville are walking distance from the apartment. Great location - only about 30 mins from Woodstock. We loved it! The only thing I would warn people about is that if you are light sleeper you will hear the traffic on main street going by - it starts to pick up around 6am. We used a noise machine from our phone to drown out the noise and were able to sleep in!

We loved our stay. Very comfy and clean. Large apartment. We love tannersville and the catskills. Check out phoenecia too!! We will be back during ski season!

Nice place close to everything

Nice place, close to everything, fully private, very well maintained property, and so much got for a comparative price, cleanness was excellent, the bedroom was very nice, and the living room is very comfortable.

great place!

my friend and i stayed only one night.. but it was a perfect place to rest after hiking... after a quick shower, able to have a nice dinner within a few minutes walk. there are multiple options to choose from.. and an ice cream shop for dessert. there are 3 units in this property... above a restaurant.. I could not hear ANY noise from neighbors or restaurant below. it was very peaceful/quiet. Rebecca was a great host. instructions/information very clear. and provided nearby food and activity options. If I plan another trip in the area, will definitely return!

Perfect Tannersville Stay

The condo is perfectly located right in the center of Main Street, Tannersville, walking distance to all restaurants, Tops Supermarket and shops. Hunter Mountain resort is also just a 10-minute drive away. The condo is clean, very comfortable, and black out shades in the bedroom make it nice for sleeping, but when you do raise them in the morning, the Eastern exposure will allow a lot of natural light to come in the windows. If you like a good soak in the tub, the bathtub is spacious and the water pressure, great. The bed is also very comfortable. The parking lot in the back is private and great as well. I'll be back! :)

Very pleasant stay

The apartment was great, everything what you need was there. We felt like being home :). Communication with owner Rebecca was easy, she responded immediately to my question, sent us very detailed instructions how to use the property. The location is very convenient, close to hiking trails, restaurants, supermarket, etc.. We loved our stay and will come back :)

Nice home in a quaint town

The stay was great. Communication with Rebeccah was awesome and she fixed any issues we had asap. Check in was also very easy. The home was clean and comfortable.

Cozy Tannersville Stay

What a wonderful town! What a wonderful apartment! What wonderful people! Anything we needed to rest and recoup, we had at our fingertips in this beautiful and cozy mountain town. Rebecca was available if needed as were the local businesses and staff… they were all fantastic! From Maggie at Maggie’s Krooked Cafe, to Oscar at Pancho Villas, to Kiki at Tabala and the owner of Bones and Stones, all were incredibly friendly and wonderful! Thank you Tannersville for a wonderful get away! We’ll def be back!

Spacious and comfortable apartment

The apartment was spacious and well decorated - not overdone with knick knacks and fabrics. Very nice bed linens. The off street parking was very convenient. Tannersville was a good choice as there were a number of restaurants and it was not overcrowded with tourists as Woodstock was. The hostess was amicable and very helpful.

A Trip down memory Lane

Having spent time in this building as a teenager, I was impressed with the fabulous remodeled space. It was very comfortable and convenient to the downtown. My wife and I will definitely return.

VERY NICE!! Highly recommend

We rented this adorable compact unit for a few nights while we attended a wedding in the nearby mountains. The apartment was very nicely appointed with comfortable clean furniture; the Kitchenette was nicely stocked (thank you for the Keurig! and popcorn) and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops (and indulged more than once in the frozen custard. right across the street) Local sites, waterfalls, lakes, hiking trails, scenery were an easy drive. The owner was easy to reach and quickly responded to our questions. This mini vacation could not have been better. Thank You Rebecca!
