Discover this bright and charming apartment, ideally located on the ground floor.
It has four welcoming rooms: two bedrooms with double beds size 160 x 200, a third room equipped with a sofa bed size 160 x 200, and finally, a fourth bedroom with an adult bunk bed for 3 people (140 x 190 downstairs and 90 x 190 upstairs).
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare good meals, while the shower room and the functional bathroom add to the comfort of your stay. For your moments of sharing, a pleasant dining area is at your disposal, not forgetting a cozy lounge to relax after a day of discovery. Also enjoy a garden and a terrace to get some fresh air and admire the view. A ski room is also available for winter sports enthusiasts.
You will benefit from all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, such as Wifi, a raclette machine, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble drier, a coffee machine, a fridge, a barbecue, a microwave and an oven. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you only have to settle in and enjoy.
For your small daily errands, a supermarket "Super U and Drive" is only 5 minutes away by car.
In terms of leisure, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites of the region: the Station La Flégère is 5 minutes by car, the Bois du Paradis 8 minutes, the Cascade du Dard 12 minutes and Chamonix Photographies Paysages 25 minutes.

The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
