Cocoonr agency offers this 40 m² flat for rent in Bénodet, 100 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 16 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Shower room (with shower and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (heated and shared), open from May to the end of September and during school holidays. Access is via a digicode.
- A private, enclosed garden and 16 m² terrace, facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
