Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the accommodations are composed as follows:

- A beautiful bright living room with a lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed (2 times 80x190 that can be combined into a 160x190 bed), a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen area, fully equipped: fridge, 3-burner ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, food processor.
- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, toilet, a hairdryer.

In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are available to you in the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging but also paragliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky!PGJyPg
From March to October, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Quinconces park!

In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to walk on the shores of Lake Oô and admire the splendid view of the peaks of Haute-Garonne or go for a trail or climbing course! Mountain bike enthusiasts, take advantage of the 260 km of marked circuits from Luchon or Superbagnères. The gondola allows access to 1800m of altitude and to hurtle down routes of 1200 m of elevation.
