Great cozy little place

Just needed a place for a few days in Bend perfect centralized location for one or two people and close to downtown. The wifi wasn’t the best but other then that Wouldn’t mind staying again!

Nice Little Condo

Nice affordable option in Bend. Good location walkable to downtown. Some wear and tear on the interior, but loved that we had the option to use the Murphy bed and that there were two full bathrooms.

Very overpriced

Very overpriced, worst bed we have ever slept on, bedding old and pillows awful. Would never stay there again.

Know it all

Generally a good place and good location. Bit hard to locate the unit. Would have been nice if they had signs that pointed to where the range of units were. Code they provided didn't work. Had to call the office and they rectified it quickly. Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Squishy and sloping. Would be better if they replaced it. Shower in 146 is very high pressured - while good, a bit much. It is also very leaky, shower comes on even before you switch the water to the shower head. New shower head and control would be better.

The location of the rental was great. Close to Pioneer Park, the river, and only a few minutes drive to the golf courses we were playing and to restaurants. However, the condo didn't seem to be ready for us and it seemed that maybe someone was interrupted when cleaning the room and never went back to finish it up. The living room furniture was disarranged (rug shoved up in the corner by the fireplace, couch shoved aside, sheets on the counter--not on the murphy bed), one bathroom had no hand towels or washcloths and the other was missing a bathmat (although the towels were nice and fluffy), there was no kitchen towel or dishcloth, the lightbulbs were out in the entry way (which is dark), there was no garbage bag in the kitchen garbage can, and the kitchen floor was dirty. We opened the murphy bed, but couldn't move the couch far enough to use it, so I slept on the couch, which actually wasn't too bad. The use of the word "upscale" in the description is misleading based on the furnishings and decor, although I will say the dishes, glassware, cups and pots and pans were nice, but bar stools were either wobbly or too low for the table. The only way I would rent this condo again is if the price was lowered and the description was more honest. If you want a good location and are not worried about the price, then this may be an okay unit for you.
