"Altitude Adjustment" is a stunning 3rd-floor condo that sits alongside the Deschutes River and is a 10-minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. This condo will sleep up to 4 vacationers in two queen beds. The condo is an average of 630 square feet with two separate sleeping areas, two full size bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Your balcony over looks the Deschutes and the river trial runs alongside property.

The condos kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs; pots, pans, cookware and dish-ware. You will also be provided with silverware, plates, cups and wine glasses. The kitchen includes a brand new stainless steel, slate finished, full size refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Along with a coffee pot, and microwave.

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily, so be sure to bring those swimsuits!

This unit is also pet friendly, we allow up to 2 pets per condo with an additional fee of $50 plus tax per animal.

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
