The Space:
Given the location, the views from ALL levels of this Siesta Key luxury vacation home are a total vibe! The oversized 500 square foot roof top deck offers direct Gulf Views, sunset bar top and soft seating, umbrellas for sun coverage, and a dry bar with smart TV. It’s a top sunset and sunrise watch spot! Adjacent to the rooftop is the conditioned club room space that was designed to support the rooftop with a half bath, seating, smart TV, gaming consoles, foosball, and second dry bar. It’s awesome! Speaking of awesome spaces, let’s talk about the ground level space! Your whole family will enjoy the heated saltwater pool that offers pool volleyball and a water slide! The oversized spa is nestled amongst beautiful native landscaping and against a decorative privacy wall. The spa overflows into the pool and functions as a swim up bar with 5 pool bar stools! Around the pool you’ll find plenty of chairs and loungers and an outdoor grill (natural gas). Adjacent to the pool is the expansive covered patio area with dining, bar seating, soft seating, a dry bar with a smart TV above it, and ping pong. It's a top patio space for sure! These ground level spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).
This nearly 4,000 square foot home provides great views and balconies on all levels. This home has an elevator with service to all floors, including the rooftop deck. This home provides 6 bedrooms (6 with en suite baths), and 6 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 4 king beds and 2 custom full over California king bunk beds. It comfortably sleeps 16 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony with great views and an additional outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also offers a club room or secondary living space. The club room is just off the rooftop deck space and supports it very well.

Ground Level:
Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered & 2 driveway spaces). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space and pool that was previously described. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort, and we include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. The home’s beach equipment can also be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's three (3) living levels and rooftop deck above.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
You'll find 4 bedrooms on this level. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature a custom-built full over California king bunk bed. Both bunk rooms feature en suite bathrooms and a vanity, with Bedroom 5 featuring a shower/bathtub combination and Bedroom 6 featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a private balcony, king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a washer/dryer on this floor.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a full range and cooktop with hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, trash and recycling storage, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area is very comfortably appointed with smart TV and Gulf views. The dining area here seats 18 people comfortably via a 14-person custom dining table, 4-person kitchen island bar top. The home’s main balcony is off the great room and has additional dining, and sunset and Gulf views.
Master bedroom 1 is also on this level, and it features Gulf views, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a half bath and washer/dryer on this floor.
The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):
You'll find the home's club room and roof top spaces as previously described. These spaces are perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing elevated outdoor living space that overlooks all of Siesta Key. You'll also find master bedroom 2 here, with Gulf views and a large en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in double shower.
Getting Around:
Across the street from Siesta Beach Access 7! This amazing home is literally steps to the sands of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. It’s also only a short walk or even faster bike ride to Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. It’s in such a great location! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!
