Coastal Breezes is a short 20 min. golf cart ride from the San Pedro Airport (transportation to and from the airport is included in rate). Surrounded by lush landscaping, the house is right on the beach and offers privacy and unmatched views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Full time caretaker and housekeeper are on site to help with your every need. The property has a swimming pool and sun deck, a private pier and kayaks available to guests. The nightly rate if for the first four guests and includes the full guest house (2-bed 2 bath) with large living area and fully equipped kitchen. The Sunrise Suite - a one bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the house, and the Coconut Casita - a separate studio apartment located across the courtyard Each has a king bed, kitchenette and full bath. On site Belizean cook is available; ask for menu and meal rates! There is a charge for additional guests after the first four.

Wonderful!

Such an amazing place! We were two families with 4 teens and the separate living spaces were so nice! It is a bit of a drive into town, but there are restaurants and a market nearby and the kitchen is well equipped. One thing we were not expecting was the clear expectation to leave tips for the Jose and the house cleaner. There were envelopes with names on them in all three living quarters. Because there were such high service and cleaning fees already, we were surprised by this. It would be nice to mention that in the listing as it was an additional expense we had not expected. We would absolutely stay here again!

Un-Belize-able!!!

My family of 8, (ages 8 - 73) has been singing praises since our fantastic time at the Coastal Beeze property. The pool was perfect. Our three families each had our own space but utilized the main house and the pool for group hang outs. The mornings on the porch were perfect for sunrises, the food made by the house hostess was amazing and feed us several times, and the excursions were incredible. I highly recommend this location. Perfect distance from secret beach, a nice 20 min golf cart ride to the truck stop, and 10 more min to the city. Quiet but near a few great places to eat and grab morning coffees (Tropical Escape & The Winey Gringa). It was the perfect trip that we made the best memories at. Thanks for everything!!!

Belize us, it was a great vacation!

It's hard to describe our time at Coastal Breezes with our family. There so many nice details to this property. Noelia and Jose (the onsite caretakers) were wonderful, both anticipating and meeting all of our needs. Truly great people! The management company was very helpful in coordinating all of our transportation needs throughout our stay and responding to multiple questions before we arrived.The layout with the 3 separate units allows ample space/privacy and have great views of the stunning blue Caribbean waters. We found viewing the sunrises daily an exceptional way to start the day, whether from the balcony, the beach or the pier.The management company suggested Ali Mermaid for water excursions- their team was exceptional, and we received a very personalized experience. Overall, staying at Coastal Breezes exceeded our expectations - it was a wonderful tropical vacation!

Masterful Vacation Recipe here!

All the people being coastal breezes from owner, to the property manager Kristie, to on-site host family Noelia & Jose were incredible. They were like build-in travel agents. We had a group of 9 with 3 kids ages 9-11 and there was something for everyone…. Relaxation, adventure, exploration, you name it. They helped arrange top-notch massages, fishing/snorkeling excursions, local food tour, golf cart rental, meal for my husband’s bday, even laundry so I have less to do now. They are truly skilled at vetting their local places and making thiughtful recommendations. The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. The coconut water was best of my life! Thank you so much to all who helped make this vacation so special.

Paradise Found!!

Coastal Breezes was a perfect place for our family group to stay. While the big beach house provided a gathering place for us to hang out, the separate cabanas offered private spaces too. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise views and gentle breezes was amazing! The pool was an added bonus! Jose and Noelia are the best hosts anyone could ask for. They were so kind and hospitable and very helpful to us in making reservations and offering suggestions. And Noelia is an awesome cook! Highly recommend Coastal Breezes!

Exceeded expectations!

Such an amazing retreat! Wonderful girls getaway! Absolutely all details were taken care of by the hosts. Arrival and departure pick up, burrito delivery, snorkeling adventure, golf cart rental. Jose and Noelia are such wonderful people who look after everything. We loved getting to know the, Noelia’s cooking was amazing! The photos do not do justice to this amazing retreat. We loved the ability to have our own space, but also to spend time together at the pool, the beach, the deck, the living area. Thank you so much, we would definitely consider a return visit

A nice stay

We are a family of 6, 2 teens and 4 adults. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Place is very spacious and probably could hold another 3-4 people. The on-site staff were very friendly and helpful. It's on the north side of the island. With a gold cart, we didn't feel too hard to get around and were able to find good restaurants nearby. The house is sitting on the beach and made our morning walks easy and peaceful. Would definitely come back.

San Pedro stay

The ocean view was wonderful. Watching the sun come up. Everything was set ready for our visit! Noel and Jose met us and toured the home and casita. For my birthday Noel made a scrumptious dinner with a beautiful delicious cake for me. They helped plan our excursions. Hospitality was award winning! Extra special vacation!!!

Amazing Stay

The property is absolutely amazing and sits right in between downtown San Pedro and Secret Beach. The onsite "concierge" Noelia and Jose are amazing. They keep everything stocked and Noelia even cooked us dinner one night. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful stay!

Our family just returned and we had a wonderful time! Jose and Noelia are the best and made sure our trip was relaxing and stress free. Noelia also cooked the most amazing meal for us. The property is beautiful, private, lush and immaculately clean. We had so much fun fishing from the pier, relaxing in the pool, kayaking to the reef to snorkel and enjoying our morning coffee on the expansive wrap around porch that looks out to the ocean. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing location for an AMAZING vacation!!

We had a fantastic stay at Coastal Breezes - Noelia and Jose are fantastic caretakers of not only the properly but any needs you may have during your stay. The three separate casitas worked perfect for our party - we could all be together but have our own space. Belize was a bucket list vacation for our family and Costal Breezes was the cherry on top! You will want for nothing

This was a trip of a lifetime for our group of 8 from WA state. Everyone along the process from the initial booking to during our stay was amazing. Jose, Noellia and their family absolutely MAKE this place. They are the best on-site hosts and your every need will be met. You could literally never leave the VRBO if you didn't want to. They arranged to have breakfast burritos delivered every morning, Noellia cooked multiple amazing dinners for us, fresh towels were by the pool every day, they even brought a basket of towels for us down at the dock for our excursions. They arranged, taxis and our excursions through Clinton at Ali Mermaid. Which is a MUST if you stay here. Clinton will pick you right up from the dock! You don't even need to leave. Each couple had a private room with our own private bathroom. You have your space and privacy or be together in the main living room or pool. Sitting on the covered porch every morning drinking coffee and watching the Caribbean water will be greatly missed. Thank you to everyone on the Coastal Breezes team for making our trip so easy and safe. Quite a few from our group have never been out of the USA, so this was a great experience for them.

Intimate Villa Compound

Tucked into a lush tropical garden, Coastal Breezes is the perfect place to gather but still have space for privacy. The main villa with 2 bedrooms and spacious living, dining and kitchen areas is a great place to gather. The private apartment below and the studio villa offer privacy that our adult children enjoyed. The pool was warm and always clean. The beach was also welcoming with lounges and chairs. The caretakers were so accommodating putting out kayaks and beach toys whenever we asked. They also helped arrange our tours with Clinton as well as helping us with logistics. Noellie is an excellent cook who made dinner for us as well as providing sides to go with the fish, lobster and conch feast we caught with Clinton that morning. Also so close to Scuba Daze-the dive and boat shop. I would recommend this without hesitation to anyone looking for a laidback vacation!

Summer Trip to Ambergris Caye

Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) embarked on a Scuba diving trip and chose this beautiful home for our stay. We could not have been more thrilled! The rental manager booked our flights to/from the mainland, and included in our stay was transport to/from the San Pedro airport. She also helped organize groceries and our golf cart rental. We we picked up promptly in an air conditioned van that fit all of us and our six bags. When we got to the house we were greeted by Jose and Noellia, the caretakers who live on site. They took care of our every need. They even helped get us some ginger ale when one of our children wasn't feeling well. Noellia offered to cook dinners if we wanted, which we took her up on one night (we payed for the groceries and gave her a small fee). We were provided with clean beach towels daily, and Jose took immaculate care of the grounds. We also loved Buddy, the sweet and chill dog who lives on the property. We dove with Scuba Daze, which is located on the dock 500 ft from the house. In addition to diving they provide snorkel, fishing and other water sports. I highly recommend them! While the house is somewhat out of town (about 30 minutes by golf cart), this was not a problem for us. We loved the quiet and serenity of our surroundings, and found plenty of nearby restaurants. There was also a local market we frequented daily. This was one of our top family vacations and hopefully we will make it back to Coastal Breezes one day soon!

A fantastic property for a perfect family vacation

Our family of five just returned from a nine-day stay at Coastal Breezes Belize. The house was meticulously maintained and spotless, everyday we returned to a clean house which was very welcoming. The property is every bit as described, and exceeded our expectations. Though we arrived in hot rainy season, air conditioning was working well for all the rooms. Some days, we just enjoyed ocean breezes and not needing air conditioning. Location couldn't have been better. Beautifully set on the beach, golf cart ride 10 min to secret beach, 20 min to town. Jose and Noelia are the husband and wife house keeping team lived on property, they were very courteous and attended anything we needed. We asked Noelia to cook dinner twice, and thoroughly enjoyed the most wonderful meals both times. We went to town (San Pedro) a few times, for dinner, for grocery shopping, etc. But always loved returning to our cozy and paradise-like home. A fabulous scuba dive shop (Scuba Daze Belize) is within a few steps walking from our property. We did many days of scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, lobster hunting with them and had the best time. It was extremely convenient to walk over to the pier every morning at 8am to start our day of water adventures. We love to travel and always seek comfortable homes that brings quality and comfort. This home (we all call it home) is on very top of our list. We will definitely come again! Thank you all for the memories that will last a lifetime.

The caretakers of the property were wonderful and helped us out every step of the trip. Felt very comfortable during our stay. Great house with a great view. Couldn’t swim at the beach off property due to sea grass, but our excursion with Clinton provided the most amazing experience!!

Spring Break Family Trip

We wanted a special trip for our graduating senior this year and this checked all the boxes! From the excellent communication with the owner and staff during the planning, all the way until our departure, everything was fantastic! First and foremost, the homes are fantastic! We stayed in the main house and the view is spectacular! It was very clean and well supplied too. Noelia and Jose, who live on site, are very approachable lovely people. They are a true asset to the whole experience! For instance, Jose introduced us to Clinton with Ali Mermaid for cave tubing and zip lining. Ali Mermaid was very professional and helped create the highlight of our stay. They met us at the ferry and sent us off with Omar, our guide for the day. They took care of everything! The ferry, taxi, lunch, snacks and the excursion. Omar never left our side and our driver stayed at his van with our personal items and a cooler of refreshments all day. It was very well done with a friendly crew. We felt safe and satisfied. Then we returned home to a delicious family style meal prepared by Noelia. We paid for the food and she did all the shopping and cooking. And she is an excellent cook! That was the perfect ending to a perfect day! Noelia is available for refilling supplies or tidying if you need her. Jose keeps the grounds in immaculate condition and he would set out the kayaks when we wanted to venture out to the reef from the pier. They're just great! Some convenient restaurants we enjoyed were Jam Rock, the restaurant in Hidden Jewel, Tipsy Lobster and Blue Bayou at Secret Beach. There was also a guy who would sell breakfast burritos at your door everyday if you wanted. That was a real treat!! Some activities we did included snorkeling at Hol Chan and shark alley with Scuba Daze, fishing and going into San Pedro for some shopping. We also went to Secret Beach twice and enjoyed some mixed drinks and snorkeling. Finally, regarding transportation, Coastal Breeze arranged everything! We decided to fly in rather than take the ferry (1.5 hour vs. 20 minutes). That was an easy experience too. We boarded a plane with Tropic Air when we arrived, not at a set time. Then Coastal Breeze arranged for a taxi to pick us up. When we got to the house they had a golf cart reserved and there for the week. All great experiences! I just wish we had an extra week to do more!

Comfortable, well-appointed 2 story home with 3 beds and bathrooms and an additional room with another 3 beds. Kitchen well equipped, grounds beautifully maintained. Excellent communication with managers who arranged for golf cart rental and departing flight. Scuba/snorkel outfit right on property at end of pier - super convenient and very easy to schedule with Scuba Daze Belize. Small pool. The beach is lovely, but not a swim beach. Sargassum present and continually removed like everywhere on the east coast. Quiet, peaceful place to stay. Coffee and small market within 5 minute golf cart ride. Secret beach is a bumpy 20 minute drive away (much closer than it would be from in town). Downtown San Pedro is probably 30 minutes by cart. Safe. Secure. Great out of the way place to use as a snorkel/scuba hub.

Fabulous Belize Beachside Home

The property was as fabulous as described. There were wonderful on site caretakers. A huge plus was that you could go out your dock and join diving and snorkeling tours. Communication with the property owners was a breeze.
