SANARY – Located in a secure residential area, this villa is accessible via a private driveway with an electric gate and is only a 10/15 minute walk from the beach. This magnificent 136 m² property, tastefully furnished and decorated, sits on a landscaped 1,200 m² plot featuring a beautiful swimming pool.
It offers three air-conditioned bedrooms and two shower rooms.

On the main level, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen and a bright, spacious living room opening onto a superb terrace with a breathtaking sea view. A double bedroom and a shower room complete this floor.
Upstairs, the first air-conditioned double bedroom enjoys a terrace with sea view, a second air-conditioned double bedroom welcomes you as well, along with a shower room with toilet.
The quiet, secure neighborhood allows easy parking in the private driveway in front of the house.

Sanary-sur-Mer, located 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, offers an authentic Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, excellent restaurants, and charming squares refreshed by fountains. It is a renowned tourist destination, both relaxing and lively, where you are sure to enjoy a wonderful holiday in any season.
The area provides a wide variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours…) under a sun-filled sky for most of the year. Many activities are available: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, a casino, and of course swimming and sunbathing.
The town’s market, voted “Most Beautiful Market in France” in 2018, offers the best local products, fresh fish from the fishermen, and fresh flowers every morning along the port. In summer, you can also enjoy a night market featuring artisanal products.
Numerous boat excursions depart from the port to observe marine wildlife (whales, sperm whales, dolphins…) and to discover the natural beauty of nearby islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) as well as the stunning Calanques of Cassis.
The port is also a lively venue throughout the year, hosting many events (Fête des Traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Music and Dance Festival, and many other activities organized by local cultural associations), including festivities during the end-of-year season, famous for their spectacular illuminations.
