Fun Times Casa condo is an ideal vacation rental to enjoy a beach getaway. The condo faces southeast so you will receive the nice sun in the morning, but not the hot sun in the afternoon. You will experience the flood of natural light and coastal breeze to the living areas as you relax and watch the sun rise. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Originally, a resort property, Maravilla Condominiums includes free Wi-Fi in each room and throughout the complex, 3 pools (included 1 heated pool), hot-tub, pool side grills and picnic tables, chaise loungers, beach shower and restrooms, volleyball, and so much more. Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. Luggage carts and shopping carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use. The facility is pet friendly and includes a Pet Wash Station to rinse off your pets and a Dog Park where you can leave your dog(s) off leash. No cats allowed.

Whether you plan to venture out and explore town or stay close to home and relax by the pool, the condo has everything you need to have a comfortable visit. The full kitchen and living area is open - perfect for socializing. The kitchen packs a punch with all the appliances you need to cook for your family including a microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking accessories like basic spices and food containers/wraps and foils. It also includes a blender, toaster, and wine glasses to add to your bag of culinary tricks. The living area features a flat screen TV and opens to the balcony with patio furniture, pool and ocean views.

The bedroom offers the comfort of a King bed with its own flat screen TV. The hallway alcove has a set of twin bunks and a newly purchased Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, if needed. The condo has its own washer/dryer as well as an ironing board.

You'll find yourself close to many of the attractions Galveston Island offers. Once can shop at the Historic Strand District in Downtown and Post Office Street where quaint shops and art galleries are located. Visit one of many museums, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens. The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country in this historic venue. Galveston is also home to many festivals and events, such as Mardi Gras, Shrimp Festival, Lone Star Bike Rally, and Dickens on the Strand.

Of course, the kids will want to visit Pleasure Pier and don't forget to ride the Duck and the free Ferry watching out for the dolphins. Next door to Maravilla are Go-Carts, arcade, virtual-reality, bumper cars, and axe throwing. Nearby is Galveston's movie theater, batting cages and Putt-Putt.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

Like all Condominiums in Galveston, a parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Fun Times Casa. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.​​​​​​​ All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
