IMPORTANT Please Note:

- No pets allowed. If you're bringing a service animal, please disclose it in your reservation or upon signing this agreement. The host has severe allergies, so a thorough cleaning is required after your stay. Thanks for your cooperation.

- Hotels do it and so do we! A valid credit card is required for a $500 security & damage deposit hold 1 day prior to your stay in our home. We also require a signed e-agreement within 48 hours of booking. We will be collecting email addresses and IDs from guests in order to sign the rental agreement. This information is necessary to verify identities and protect both guests and Hosts, ensuring a safe and secure rental experience.

Accessibility note: The home is not step-free. Stairs are required to access the main entrance and living areas.
