Wine Country Retreat w Pool & Spa - Near Vineyards

This one-acre estate offers the quiet and convenience of beautiful Bennett Valley. Just a short drive to the east you will find beautiful vineyards, wine tasting, and farm-fresh cuisine in Sonoma Valley. North 20 minutes up highway 101 you will find spectacular vineyards in Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, as well as elegant tasting rooms and shops in the town of Healdsburg. Located minutes from shopping and local sites, but you will feel worlds away in a quiet, peaceful setting.

For the outdoor enthusiasts, you will find Spring Lake and Annadel Park as well as Bennett Valley Golf Course close by.

After a day of exploring beautiful Sonoma County, enjoy access to the saltwater pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area under a grand pergola. Sit under the stars at two available gas fire pits. Outdoor grilling is available as well as access to the pool house where you will find a pool table and dart board. Follow the woodland setting meandering paths to the horseshoe pit area. Enjoy yoga or simply relax in peaceful meditation in the seasonal outdoor studio. You also may catch of glimpse of Callie, the property's friendly dog. Please note that the saltwater pool is solar heated and available from mid April to late September (solar/weather accommodating). The spa is available year-round.

The spacious guest suite is located in a wing of the home and has a private entrance. Three sides of the suite are open with only one wall being shared. The suite is also a single story . There is a comfy queen bed with luxury white sheets, down comforter, and down pillows. Featuring a smart TV, desk, washer/dryer, and plenty of closet space. The kitchenette offers a microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. For comfort in the summer there is air conditioning available. A reading nook is available to comfortably sit and plan out your wine country weekend.

A Piece of Paradise

What a beautiful property! We loved our stay in Santa Rosa. We went with intentions on wandering the area for wineries and we think that this area is pretty well situated. Although it's not in Sonoma or Napa, like where many people stay, it wasn't far from most destinations. Including less than an hour to the beaches or enjoying the redwood trees. The other advantage is that it has everything that we wanted while staying. A wonderful pool for cooling off and a great spa for winding down. There was a pool house with games, a nice grassy area to wander in bare feet. The suite has a separate entrance, which felt very secure, even for solo travelers. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The suite was set up with some breakfast items, coffee, filtered water, plenty of towels and so on. It was truly a wonderful place. PLUS, it was very clean! I love clean accommodations! Top all this off with a kind hostess with a sweet dog. It's wonderful to be around pets when you leave them at home. Thanks again to our hostess, Catherine and Callie and Callie's dog friend, Jackie.

This property REALLY is a Piece of Paradise

Friends, the host of this property is absolutely the penultimate host, and her four-legged sidekick, Callie, was just as wonderful. The property is attached to the primary home, but the privacy afforded was wonderful. We will certainly return. It was a wonderful five-night stay.

AMAZING PROPERTY

The house and property were so very beautiful! We were visiting for The Sonoma State Parents weekend. It was about 15 minutes from the campus. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how clean and how well decorated the house was. The yard is also so wonderful and tranquil. We had such a great weekend relaxing and spending time with our son!!! Thank you so much for providing such a wonder place!!

We travel to Wine country many times a year. This time just us and this location & property was perfect. She has thought of almost everything to include that you might need for a fantastic stay. Really appreciated the bottle of St. Francis as a welcome gift, one of our favorite wineries!

Amazing stay in a piece of paradise!

This was the perfect “piece of paradise” place to stay. So peaceful. The right distance from anywhere we wanted to hang out for a short time. We loved the location so much that we returned just to hang out in the pool or on the patio because it met all our needs!

Truly a piece of paradise

My friend and I stayed at Piece of Paradise for a girls trip. We were blown away by Catherine’s attention to detail. The space was inviting and we were so comfortable in the space. The amenities of the property were awesome. From the solar heated spa, wine country resources, to stocked fridge/coffee bar, literally every need was beyond met. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. I really was blown away

Weekend Wedding

Absolutely ideal property for a couple looking for a quiet retreat in the Santa Rosa area but just off the beaten path. If not for the need to attend a family wedding we would have spent even more time at Piece of Paradise. Truly wonderful accommodations for two. Might return even without an event to attend in the area. Thank you Catherine for the warm welcome and the opportunity to stay here.

Peace & Paradise

Our hosts Catherine and Callie were great hosts. The space was bright, cheerful and very clean. We enjoyed the large backyard, pool and outdoor seating areas. Great place for a quiet weekend for two.

Perfect home away from home

We wanted to stay somewhere close to wine country while also avoiding some of the inflated costs that come along with it, and this little 'Piece of Paradise' had exactly what we were looking for. It was so nice to be able to go out and see the sights of Santa Rosa, Bodega Bay, and the Armstrong Redwood Forest, and know that we could come back to the big open yard, pool, and hot tub that our site offered. It was amazing that it was located so close to everything, yet was so quiet and peaceful at the same time. We definitely can't wait to go back again!
