Unit 4228 is located in the center of the building. Some CONSTRUCTION is scheduled to begin on September 22nd on the East side of the building. There may be some construction noise heard during the day. Construction starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM every day except for Sunday. Chances are that it will not be a problem for you but we wanted you to be aware of it prior to booking.*

The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience. The condo offers the largest of the one bedroom floor plan with the bedroom on the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more.

Guests must sign a Lease that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.

Upon any early termination, the pro-rated unused occupancy term shall be refunded to Guest.
