Cocoonr agency offers this 60 m² (646 sq ft) house in Pierrefonds that sleeps up to 4 people to rent.
It comprises a pretty 25 m² living room (with stove), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approx. 100 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (first flambé free of charge), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double sofa bed
- A shower room with WC
First floor
- An attic bedroom with two single beds, a workspace and a 2.5 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 100 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Pierrefonds, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
