Bide-A-Wee 100 year old cabin with updates

Conveniently located just steps away from the Mt Hood Oregon Golf Course you will find this historic cabin built in 1925. Nestled in a grove of majestic trees & towering rhododendron bushes, yet walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, golf course, spa and pubs. Step back in time in this cozy 600 sq ft cabin that has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, futon bed in living room, gas fireplace, boot warmers, heated blankets, campfire pit & bbq. Historic with modern amenities as well.
The home is located on a large, almost 1/2 acre lot. In a nice neighborhood neighboring the golf course. Dogs are also welcome, for a fee.
Master bedroom has one queen bed, heated blanket with dual controls and closet. The bed faces a window with a view of the hills.
2nd bedroom has a full size bed, heated blanket and closet. Futon in living room is full size and could sleep 2 kids or one adult comfortably.
The kitchen has a chopping block table thats good for prepping food or eating on. The "pantry" is a room next to the kitchen where the antique fridge is, coffee pot & coffee, boot warmer and all the pots/pans you will need.
The home has lots of antique kitchen gadgets that are neat to see or use for cooking.
The bathroom is off the pantry. Small, but has all you need! The ceiling height is 6' 5" in the bathroom with the shower head right at 6 foot. Antique vanity with vessel sink. And instant water heater will give you all the hot showers you want.
There is an antique record player with lots of records. DVD player with plenty of DVDs, some new movies and some old classics. Netflix on the TV. Card games like Uno, Apples to Apples, Cribbage, Taboo and more. Or cuddle up in the rocking chair and read one of the many antique books.
The propane fireplace will keep you cozy warm! And there are lots of extra blankets. Enjoy the view, out almost all the windows, of the tall trees and towering rhododendrons.

Take a walk down the road to see the crystal clear Salmon River and other unique cabins in this area. Or get in the car and drive 5 minutes up the road to many hiking trails along the Salmon River. There are quite a few places to access the river and swim, which I have listed in our guest book at the cabin.

Bide-A-Wee is only 19 minutes to Ski Bowl, 33 minutes to Timberline and 35 minutes to Mt Hood Meadows for some of the best ski slopes around! Sledding and snow mobile trails close by too.
