Top Floor boutique building. Suite is One Bedroom + One Bathroom, beautifully decorated with upscale high end furniture. Ideal for a discerning couple or a business traveler who enjoys luxuries, like a rare find: their own cedarwood Infrared Sauna
THE SPACE
- Apartment is 600sqft with 100sqft outdoor space with unobstructed north-facing 180 degree views. Enjoy from a cozy patio set. Boutique bldg so you are not too high up.
- Kitchen: Nespresso with Capsules & French press. Vitamix. Miele dishwasher. 8-Ft Island. Crystal chandelier. Fully equipped.
- Tech: Unlimited high-speed Bell Fibe. Cable TV: Happy to adjust preferred (in current package channels to your preferences). Printer w paper. All island chairs have high backs and comfortable to work from for long periods.
- Bedroom with chandelier, medium/firm Marshall queen mattress on high bed. Full wall of custom closets with tons of hangers, shelving. Tons of towels, linen provided.
- Bathroom: Soaker tub/shower with large shelf for products. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hairdryer.
- Quiet: End of hall, on quiet top floor. Black-out designer curtains.
