Come spend a weekend or a week at this updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, Keurig and regular coffeemaker. Full size washer and dryer. Bathroom with a tile tub/shower. The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed, walk in closet, 2 dressers, tv and a ceiling fan. The Family room offers plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a sunroom which is great for those who still need a desk and space to work. If you love this condo as much as we do you may not want to go home. ** Only a 2 nt minimum stay.**

The property was neat and clean . Everything we needed was available. It is in a great location, convenient to everything. The beach is about 8 minutes away, food and plenty to do within 10 minutes of the property. Lane was very responsive and made our experience easy.

This was an excellent getaway. We loved the property space, amenities, and location. The host was just wonderful to work with - so attentive. Will definitely book again and recommend!

Just as advertised

This is a cute little condo that was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking. We made a couple dinners in the condo and went out a couple times. Easy access to the pool was nice. Lane was very responsive with ant questions we had.

LOVED IT

This condo was immaculate and in the best area. There were plenty of places that we could walk to, to dine, etc. Absolutely love the neighborhood. The hostess was the absolute best. Her response time was great. Will definitely stay here again and again

Close to Redfern Village

My wife and I stayed here because we wanted to be within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Redfern Village. Pool right at the bottom of the steps if you are traveling with children. Place is as advertised.

Best host ever!

I evacuated to this property during Hurricane Milton and unfortunately the storm ended up causing a flood warning for St Simons Island as well. Lane contacted me before my check-in to let me know about the storm warning, and was incredibly helpful and accommodating helping me come up with a safe plan. She texted me to check up on me and made me feel so supported. I got a full refund for the nights that I cancelled due to the storm warning in their area. I look forward to returning to this property so I can actually see the island and enjoy my stay!

The property I stayed at was beautiful. Quick access to my family, pool, shopping and grocery store. Owner was kind and quick to respond to me on anything I asked about. I will use this propert again!!

Great stay!

We came down for a wedding weekend and not only was the property super clean and cozy, but the location was perfect! We were able to walk to several restaurants/shops and were less than a 15-minute Uber ride to just about everywhere else. Lane was so sweet and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Wonderful weekend

We have stayed in St Simons several times, and this property by far was the best! Communication was excellent and the condo was so clean! Words will not give it justice. Absolutely best weekend:)

Realtor in NW GA. We bought this condo back in 2013. We just absolutely love it. I have no intentions of ever selling it (we just love it that much). I enjoy sharing our home away from home with others and also referring people who rent while looking for a place of their own. I have local Realtor friends who can assist in purchasing property nearby. I even sold my sister a house in 2020. Once you visit it's almost a given that you'll want to come back.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is the place to be. The unit is quite cozy with approximately 1100 sq ft it's not too small but yet not too big for couples or young families. Easy access to the pool, tennis courts and fitness center, all just a walk down one flight of steps. The community is gated and also VERY well maintained. Close to shopping and about a 5 minute drive to the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property stands out because we are EASY to work with. No minimum stay, not overpriced, well maintained, the list goes on and on. I continually strive to make this unit very appealing. I am always maintaining and updating the unit each and every year. I just had new floors installed (Sept 2023), tub/shower redone in 2016, new HVAC in 2015, repainted in 2019. Furniture in the family room was replaced in 2020, new flooring in 2022.
