The accommodation
We are delighted to welcome you to our charming apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Here you will find a comfortable and well-appointed space for your holidays.

The apartment is located on the second and last floor of the residence without elevator.

The living room, bright and opening onto a sunny balcony, is equipped with a trundle bed that can accommodate one or two children for the night. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher for 6 people, offers a round table ideal for family meals.

The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink, offering all the necessary comforts. At the entrance, a hallway with storage space leads you to the sleeping area.

The sleeping area has a 140 cm double bed that can only be accessed by the end of the bed. Although the space does not have a window, it has been carefully designed to ensure your comfort. Originally a bathroom, this space has been redesigned to avoid having to unmake and remake the bed every day in the dining room, thus offering an optimal organization of the apartment.

We welcome up to four guests, a couple and two children. Although compact, our T1 is located just three minutes from the sea, with a sunny balcony overlooking the back of the residence, where you will also find parking for your car.

South facing balcony, so lovers of heat you will be served. a fan is available if needed.

The apartment is managed when I am not available by Fabien's concierge, he is there by your side in case of need.

As indicated in the ad, cleaning and linen for rent are additional services offered by the concierge service.

This allows you to compose your stay as you wish, according to your budget.

Please note that linen is not provided in the basic rate. For your comfort, the concierge service offers:

Prices: €9 per person.

Composition of the linen kit: mattress pad, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, 1 dish towel, 1 hand towel, 1 large towel / person and 1 bath mat.

Here are the rates for the cleaning package:

• Short-stay cleaning package, less than 2 days: €25

• Long-stay cleaning package, more than 2 days: €45

Warning: Unfortunately, we too often see a lack of respect from travelers towards cleaning. Cleaning is sometimes poorly done, sloppy, or even completely ignored.

Don't forget that you are dealing with technicians who are working hard to ensure that your homes are clean.

The concierge service offers you consumables for the first day (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, shower gel, etc.).

But be careful, after that, you're on your own!

Traveler access
Access to the accommodations are via a key box system. Don't panic, we haven't invented keyless boxes yet! The code will be sent to you the day before your arrival at the end of the day. If you ever don't receive anything, call us, promise, we'll answer!

To access the apartment, park in front of the residence, get the keys and the parking badge in the key box. Then, you can park your car in the reserved parking lot or, if you're lucky, leave it in front of the residence. A door at the back of the residence will give you access to the parking lot.

And if all this sounds complicated, don't worry! The concierge will send you all this information in detail.And when Fabien or I are on site, we welcome you in person, with a guaranteed smile!
Other remarks
Door and temperature sensors are present in the accommodations, but don't panic! We don't monitor you, they are simply used to regulate the heating and activate the water heater. It's a bit like having an invisible butler who takes care of your comfort!

The accommodations are heated during the day from 18°C to 20°C at night 17°C, the rooms are not heated during the day. The heaters are automatic.
Any abnormal consumption of water or electricity will be billed.
