Great for a pet-friendly short stay

Had to extend my booking a few extra days and Janan The host was very accommodating. Small, clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. My dog liked the backyard space (and treats from the host). Would stay here again anytime.

Small but nice big yard for dogs

Jaauan was great to rent from. Nice to meet someone who really cares :) I'd stay here again in a minute.

Great place!

Really cute little apartment/condo. Clean, well decorated, and it generally just felt like a lot of effort was put into the place. Communication between myself and the property manager was quick and efficient. I was staying with a large dog, and I felt comfortable with him in the space with myself and my sister. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean & comfortable, friendly host

This is our second stay at this location and we will likely return. The unit is not high end, but is comfortable and CLEAN. The host is friendly and responsive. We like being able to bring our diabetic cat along, so we can maintain his medical care when we visit family here.

Beautiful

It was perfect for my kids and dad. And all the boys to get ready for our wedding. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back just us adults. It’s very small but enough bed for about 5 people. Very clean

The property was a little hard to access with being right next to a main road and the parking being mainly in the back. With that being said, overall the noise level was not that bad. Did miss the fact that there was not an actual kitchen, just a kitchenet.

Description not exactly accurate

The description when I booked this placed stated this was a two bedroom, it is not, which you can clearly tell by looking at the pictures even though they attempted to disguise that fact by removing a picture and using a different angle. (in fairness the heading does state one bedroom BUT the description in the body states 2 BR and when also when you search for a 2 BR this pops up so it is deceptive) I did catch that prior to booking however and since they also stated the couch was a pullout I did not worry about it too much. The problem with this though is the couch is NOT a pullout, so this is basically a one bedroom 2 room apartment (with no stove btw). The other issue we had is that after we arrived we were hit with a $195 pet fee that is not listed anywhere on the site either. Lastly, the backyard and parking are nothing like the pictures. The carports are piled up with junk so you can't park under them. Overall however the place was clean and in a good location for us so it served its purpose, my son just had to sleep on the couch.

Clean, quiet, excellent host

We had a lovely stay at this property. While it isn't a luxury stay, it meets the basic requirements of cleanliness and comfort. The host is responsive and friendly. Janan also provided plenty of towels and toilet paper, and even cotton swabs. She also leaves a couple of new tooth brushes and paste in case you forget yours at home. She definitely met my husband's standard and was NOT labeled as "a host that scrimps on the basics". The place is stocked with all the kitchen tools and gadgets you might need. And while it isn't a full kitchen, there is a coffee pot, electric kettle, microwave and even a hot plate which came in handy for us to dip chocolate when we made Christmas candy with our daughter. 🙂 The property is on a busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise outside, but it was hardly noticable inside, except for the occasional motorcycle. The traffic noise outside didn't stop us from enjoying our coffee in the morning outside while we kept an eye on our "big huge cat" as he explored the grounds. We hadn't originally planned to bring him, but when we realized it was a pet friendly place (including cats!), we decided to bring him along. One thing that is different from the pics in the listing is the covered parking areas are now boarded up and used as storage. It didn't affect our stay, but wasn't as attractive as the pictures show. This listing served our purpose and would come again. Thanks Janan!

Not close to the strip at all

Was not comfortable bc there was dog hair everywhere even in the sheets. When I mentioned it… host said I’m expecting ritz Carlton service. Aside from the dog hair and older bathroom it would have been an ok place. Also the door is a hassle to get into.
